I was wondering if it is possible to change the gap limit to 250 in the Electrum Android version.
I know how to do this is console for the desktop version but can't find the option in the Android version.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Anybody got any idea?
Or do i have to export the private keys (all 250) from my Electrum desktop and import them into my Electrum Android?
No other solution?

Only thing I can think of is by changing it at the source but I'm not sure how easy that'll be.

I'd sooner make 13 wallets than import all the private keys otherwise but that's just me...

The short answer is that you can't.

The longer answer would be that you'd have to modify the source code to change the default gap limit and then compile the APK yourself.

The mobile version of Electrum is missing quite a lot of the features that are in the desktop versions... The "console" being one of these features.

It should be considered as more of a companion app that provides some basic wallet features rather than a "full" version of Electrum.
