FAIRPLAY.io
Casino honesty control goes to the hands of every player

In order to understand if the possibility of controlling casino honesty is realistic, you need to understand the mechanism of control called the TruePlay platform. Its goal is to legitimize gambling with the help of blockchain technology. Obviously, both fair casinos and players themselves want to get transparency in gambling, and its absence puts the business in an awkward position in a number of countries. We are sure that the blockchain is able to change the situation radically.

What gives the implantation of the technology to players and webmasters:

●   A casino balance control
A player can check the casino’s balance and whether it pays winnings. Check balance via link: Fairplay.io: Here

●   A smart contract for a player
Player can check if someone intervened in the course of the gaming session and id someone changed the probability of winning. It is possible thanks to a smart contract based on Ethereum.

●   A lifelong binding
Casinos’ attempts to cheat webmasters are one of the main problems of the industry. But the casino won’t be able to hide the activity of the invited player from the affiliate due to the smart contract. The casino loses the levers of evading payouts unless it decides to commit fraud in an obvious way.

TPLAY Token

TPLAY – TPLAY is a “chip” of online casinos involved in the project. This is a cryptocurrency that is used for mutual settlements in the TruePlay system. The player bets using TPLAY, and the casino makes payments to the winner and affiliate with the same tokens. The Bitcoin (Ethereum) to TPLAY conversion and the reverse conversion take place in the TruePlay Wallet automatically. Withdrawals occur on the same wallet from which they were deposited.

Why do these “chips” are important?

Versatility of tokens

The TruePlay technology is implemented in the Fairplay.io casino. Other online gambling houses will be connected to the project in the near future. In order to make life easier for all involved in the process including the players, it was decided to create a single base for the project partners. The unified login, the unified wallet, and the unified currency called TPLAY. A gambler played at Fairplay a bit and then he went to finish playing at another casino, and at will, he came back. No additional registration, no extra conversion of funds, no additional transfers and required deposits, no waste of time. It's like shopping in a shopping district.

Smart contract as a guarantee of fair play

If in simple terms, a smart contract is a protocol in the form of program code that is stored in the “cloud”. The protocol obliges his signatories to comply with the contract including the point of penalties for failure to comply with the contract. The cryptographic basis of a smart contract does not allow its ambiguous interpretations and retroactive contract changes. Usually, it is used for the automated exchange of assets without intermediaries.

The blockchain technology which serves as the basis for a smart contract is required to verify the integrity of the contract execution on specialized independent resources.

Deposit and withdrawal of funds

Speaking about the smart contract it’s needed to say about the deposits and withdrawals. Currently, TruePlay Wallet is working with the most popular and trusted cryptocurrencies which are Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH). Also, the opportunity of withdrawing money via Skrill has appeared recently. The developers plan to connect other cryptocurrencies and fiat money too. Withdrawal takes a minimum of time, it’s up to one working day. But often that operation takes just a few minutes.

The operation of withdrawing currency from a casino is elementary. It’s enough to take the following steps:

1. Login to your account;
2. Click the "Recharge" button;
3. Select the “Withdraw” tab;
5. Enter the information of the wallet from which the deposit was made;
6. That’s it, you can make a withdrawal.

The Fairplay.io casino availability

Multiplatform Casino

The casino works without additional software on PC and mobile devices. The game speed is high. Third-party applications are not required. You need only one of the popular browsers, for example:

●   Google Chrome
●   Opera
●   Mozilla Firefox

Demo mode and a player motivation

You need not only a high-quality technical component of the project for a positive experience of visitors but also the opportunity to “feel” the project personally without risks to the wallet and to the anonymity. Fairplay.io Fairplay provides such an opportunity:

Demo games
Each game can be tried for free in order to not only evaluate its graphics and performance but also to “feel” the game.
Free tokens for a newcomer
A person immediately receives 100 TPLAY (equivalent to 0.1 ETH) into his wallet after registration. The amount may seem small, but this is a real opportunity to tickle your nerves.

For players who like both TruePlay and Fairplay, the special offers program doesn’t end there. They will gain large bonuses for the first deposits as well as weekly bonuses in the form of free spins, cash-backs, and increased deposits. The technical support will help to solve any questions if the gambler has any as soon as possible. The Fairplay technical support works around the clock. The communication is available by calling, by online chatting using website applications, and by popular messengers like WhatsApp and Telegram.

The first experience with Fairplay Fairplay.io will be even more pleasant in material terms thanks to the bonus that will be credited to you for the first deposit if you will use.

Promotional code for bitcointalk comunity: depcode

Before making your deposit, enter this code and gain bonuses below:
●   deposit from 1 TPLAY token and more - 100% bonus

Oh, it is interesting, the bonus is pretty high and I don't know it's good or not. I want to ask, what makes this token anonymous while it provides transparent services at same time?

I tried to find out the price of TPLAY token and found that 100 TPLAY tokens are equivalent to 0.1 ETH. This means that 1 ETH will give you 1000 TPLY tokens.

Guys I would strongly warn against using FairPlay Casino. I had a terrible experience here which involved dishonest and misleading behavior, underhanded tactics, refusal of payment, and a series of other unacceptable behavior on part of their management. IN the end I was defrauded out of .41ETH by FairPlay/Trueplay.

Also, they try to make their operation seem like it’s some conglomerate of businesses working together on this massive project, do not be fooled. Trueplay (both the wallet and the token) are operated by the same people that run the casino FairPlay.  They also like to make it seem as if there are multiple projects using this TPlay token when in fact there is only one place that uses this token and that’s the casino that they also operate as FairPlay.

The last thing these guys do is play fair so the name is seething with irony to say the least

The business is registered under the laws of Belize.

The license that they operate under is another curaçao rubber stamp license that can be purchased for a few grand with no verifications and even less protections and oversight for players and consumers.

The operators themselves are from Kazakhstan 🇰🇿

So this information by itself is at least cause for some mild uncertainty and users need to ask themselves if tbh really want to send their hard earned cryptocurrency to some Kazakhstani Casino Operators with a Business registered in Belize and a flimsy e-gaming license from Curacao.

Not to mention that from what I could find by analyzing their wallets, their primary ETH wallet only had $750 dollars in it of which $105 was from me. DappRadar had listed that there were only 3 users in the previous seven days and I know for a fact that 2 of them were my accounts. So they aren’t doing too well financially according to my findings following several lengthy hours of researching this disaster of an operation.

I will post my entire story and the details surrounding the unlawful taking of .41 ETH and the dishonest and deceptive behavior by their staff and management.

So whats wrong with that? If they do have their own casino and using up their own coin then i dont see any violations with that.I would like to know on where you do able to read up
that they are tied up with multiple projects? If they do proclaim such thing then its already considered as shady act but lets see on what would op or support would able to tell us
regarding this one.Saying up things just for presumptions or having no solid evidence of claims will not always be valid.

I never said there was any 'violations' with operating in that manner, I said 'they try to make their operation seem like it is some conglomerate' when it is not.  I have evidence to back up every single claim that I have made. I will provide the evidence in due time my friend.  I have just been exhausted and overworked, struggling to find the energy to even post the proofs and call them out for their typical shady casino antics like it seems to be all too often the case in this industry. Nobody is subscribing to more presumptions than you just did in your response. I have screenshots of every single word spoken between myself and numerous Fairplay staff which thoroughly illustrate my claims or I would not have made them in the first place! It's a significant amount of work to organize all of this material and then to sort it by relevance and assemble it in an easy-to-follow summary of the entire debacle.

I am also finished working for the day and I assure you that once I have some coffee to restore my energy I will evidence for anything that anyone doubts about my story. I documented the entire process bc I had suspected foul behavior since nearly the beginning and you can never be too safe in this industry and they may just come in handy for circumstances such as this.

Thanks for your input on the matter nonetheless. I appreciate your perspective.

Still waiting to receive my .41 eth back. Until then, I would strongly encourage everyone to stay away from FAIRPLAY.io

They lied and deceived me out of .41 ETH. I reached out several times to their support and management in an attempt to resolve this cordially but they have refused to do so and have taken a totally asinine stance which makes very little logical less, if any at all.

This is likely the reason why they have not responded a single time to any of my posts about their corrupt behavior.

Even they know that what they have done was total BS.
In the event that they reach out and resolve this issue I will most certainly post an update and clear their name but until that moment - they have defrauded me out of .41 eth and should be considered Rogue and dangerous casino.

Currently FairPlay.io is a BLACKLISTED casino and should be avoided at all costs.

Very professional response sir. I must give it to you, you gave it a valiant effort.

Allow me to retort;

When I entered the Fairplay.io website, the signup process was very straight forward. There is no indication anywhere that identity verification or other KYC will be required.

In fact, there is a gallery slider that is front and center on their homepage and one of the descriptions used to describe the operations includs the term:  "COMPLETE ANONYMITY"
https://imgur.com/9wp5C0m   image of that can be found here.

I am not sure about anyone else but my interpretation of 'complete anonymity' does not involve having to submit my passport, proof of address, and 3rd form of identification like is required at fairplay.io. IN FACT, having to present those things as a matter of protocol is the exact opposite of what 'complete anonymity' is defined in the English language.

This is the first documented lie and act of deception by fairplay.io but the list will continue as I explain in more detail.

Fairplay has repeatedly used the defense that BC i entered the site using a non-usa IP address that i was deliberately attempting to deceive their security systems or tracking systems. I was not at all attempting to deceive their systems and although i use a vpn to protect myself I have no idea what or where the IP is from at any given time as it connects to the fastest server available. Also, the user is not obligated nor under any regulatory or legal context to disclose his/her true IP address to any website. VPN's are perfectly legal and very common in this day in age so to base you websites regulatory requirements and disclosures SOLELY on the stated ip address of your users is an asinine methodology.

It remains your regulatory and legal obligation to openly disclose any restrictions that your site may be bound to, including age restrictions, jurisdictional restrictions, and any other restrictions that your site imposes.

It's also important to note that KYC is not mentioned AT ALL nor is it required for users to DEPOSIT. In fact users can deposit any amount of funds that they possess and can then even wager with those funds without ever being made aware that KYC will be required for withdrawals and that there are country restrictions.

So after making my deposit and wagering some, I actually won some Ethereum - around .30 and when i attempted to withdrawal i was hit with an error: "sorry kyc is required before any withdrawals are allowed".

So being that I was not at all attempting to disguise my USA nationality, i proceeded directly to the KYC page and submitted all of my documents including my Pennslvania State ID CARD. If i was trying to hide my location i would not have openly submitted my state ID. It was at this time that I also read over the privacy policy and terms and conditions on their wallet website TRUEPLAY.IO (Which is owned and operated by the same individuals that operate the casino fairplay.io). Neither the privacy policy nor the terms and conditions on those sites list any specific country restrictions.

https://trueplay.io/docs/en/Privacy_Policy.pdf

https://trueplay.io/docs/en/Terms_Conditions.pdf

They do say that the user is responsible for knowing the laws and operating within the parameters of their juridiction, which I WAS and am legally allowed to gamble online due to my residence being in the state of Pennsylvania. On October 26th 2017 the PA State Senate passed 'H 271' which legalized online casino gambling, sports betting, and other various forms of online gambling. The bill was signed into law by the Governor only 3 days later. Therefore I am legally allowed to gamble online and I was not breaking any laws by using their site.

I have to step out for awhile and this is only 1/3 of this nightmarish experience but so far you can see that FAIRPLAY deliberatly misleads users into depositing by having  outdated tracking systems which rely solely on IP address location disclosures and then further mislead users by having the words 'COMPLETE ANONYMITY' on the featured banner on the homepage of their website, the moment you arrive there.

AFter you deposit and wager - if you lose, then they keep your funds and you never have to pass any verifications nor even become aware that they exist.

BUT if you win, you will face a 3 document, strenuous, verification process, and if you are from one of the countries that they do not approve of, They will not refund your deposits, they will not pay out any winnings, and they will instead POCKET all of the cryptocurrency that you have deposited and/or won.... under the justification that they are operating around the regualtory restricitons of their license.

Keeping the funds and deposits of former users of their site is the equivalent of robbery or theft and I know for certain that their license does not allow them to steal funds from anyone.

The story goes on much further than this and their reprehensible and deliberately deceptive behavior should be expressed fully to any potential users and or future users, so that they can get a good idea of what type of individuals they will be dealing with. Shady, dishonest, con-artists, would be an understatement in my opinion.

will continue this later on.............

Looks pretty interesting to see your site. Looks like it can give us a better experience. There are many fun and interesting features here that attracted me. There is also the benefit of bonus on deposit here. And I've visited this site and I have had a graphic design like this. I think this site you have been suggesting is a great way of entertainment.

Why did the registration ask for phone number? Just change it OP email verification is the simpliest form of registration.
The site running smooth with a cool design and lay out but I'm not register to this site because of phone verification.
It isnt really that much yet registering with some phone verification isnt really a red flag at all unless if you are registering together with your personal info then it would be an another story.
I dont find problems on having phone verification. Site is pretty cool on my part.

remind me how many casinos are asking phone verification during registration ?
it is not a red flag but a snag that will prevent and probably is preventing many players to try it out
I certainly would not bother to send my phone number just to register
one thing is certain - those who want can always use an online phone verification , there are plenty services that are doing it for free
why is the casino doing this is another question , I don't think it helps in any ways , they will have KYC on free bonuses anyways

Online casinos in the last few years have begun to actively promote their services. I do not know what this is connected with, because many countries have long banned gambling. But the whole vector of development of such projects will get a real boom after they started using blockchain technologies and smart contracts. I am sure this is a way for legal business that guarantees a good relationship with users.

For some time I was involved in the casino theme, since I was preparing advertising texts. But I can say with confidence that the launch of support for cryptocurrency will make this area of entertainment a mass. Because thanks to cryptocurrency users can maintain confidentiality. Many have fun, but for some users, gambling has a professional interest. And cryptocurrencies will help to calmly earn money.
