I told you how they stole .41 ETH from me and held my funds illegally while continually lying and misleading me about the circumstances in order to weasel as much crypto from me as they could. I stand behind my claim 100%. I have reached out to their staff dozens of times and they continue dodging accountability and covering up the criminal withholding and theft of my funds.

I last spoke with “IGOR” over the phone who called me after I continually reached out to them via telegram. First of all he called from a Kazakhstan country code which probably will incur significant additions to ny phone bill but I answered the call and we spoke for about 25 minutes. He introduced himsef as the Head of customer support team and I thought for sure that him and I would be able to work towards a resolution.  That was, until he opened his mouth!  From nearly his first words he became confrontational and belligerent. Despite numerous support agents (that I spoke with prior to this call) having apologized to me for Fairplay’s behavior and several openly admitting that their team made mistakes in handling the issue and accepting liability, Igor seemed to regress on all of those points and went back to blaming me, taking no responsibility, and justifying their fraud with the most absurd explanations imaginable. At one point I told him it was illegal to withhold and steal my crypto and that this behavior was in violation of international law (since they stole my funds under the false pretense of being regulatory compliant) and he fired back at me stating that “use of VPN’s to block your IP address is also against the law”.  WHAT?!? Where are you living under these laws Igor? Pyongyang North Korea?!? Bc VPN’s are completely legal in nearly the rest of the world. This guy was a total jerk and had no interpersonal skills. Another FairPlay.io Joke!   [/b]

Hi everyone. My name is Mike, I am the Head of Communications at Fairplay, and, clearly, the communication with one of our users has gone south. I feel obliged to clarify the situation and sort things out to exclude any misunderstanding or misinterpretation on the part of the Fairplay community.

Fairplay operates under the Curacao license that forbids us to accept players from certain countries (including the USA), and we use geoblocking tools to follow these terms. The list of all the restricted countries is available in our Terms & Conditions (see the screenshot below) and it’s mandatory for players to agree with the T&C when creating an account.

Users from restricted countries can access the website anyway using a VPN. Such access obviously violates our Terms. As soon as we know that Fairplay is used by a citizen of a restricted country, we have to block his account immediately. I want to make it clear that the use of a VPN is not the reason we block accounts. The reason is the use of the casino services by a resident of a country to which the restrictions are applied.

What happened is our user from the USA signed up and made a deposit using a VPN, which made it impossible for us to identify the actual location of the player till the KYC procedure. Just FYI, we only accept cryptocurrency deposits and can’t track a user's location when he makes a deposit.

When the user requested a withdrawal of funds from his account, Fairplay.io conducted a KYC procedure in accordance with the T&C.

During the KYC procedure, the user was identified as a U.S. citizen. As was mentioned above, we are obliged to immediately block an account in such a case. Also, we block players with multiple accounts (which also happened with our American user).

We understand that some players might neglect the Terms & Conditions despite our requests, warnings, and reminders. For this reason, we can return deposit funds available on blocked accounts but we can’t return anything if a player has lost his funds while playing and his balance is zero.

As for some other presumptions and accusations made in this thread. As a fully transparent blockchain-based casino, Fairplay makes each transaction checkable and proveable. You can easily check the casino’s transaction data on the blockchain explorer and track the casino’s balance on Etherscan.

To sum this up, we would be happy to operate within the U.S. jurisdiction but we have to comply with legal restrictions. We expect that our players read and agree with the Terms & Conditions before accessing the casino services. In case of an unpredictable and undesirable occurrence at Fairplay, we often offer our players free spins or other bonuses to compensate for any inconvenience caused. But in the case of users from restricted countries, we can’t do that. Also, we can’t and we won’t accept groundless accusations or any kind of blackmail.

I want to emphasize that Fairplay is dedicated to bringing transparency, security, and fun to the community and we do everything possible to help our users play without troubles and distractions.

Anyone can edit DApp info on stateofthedapps.com, so it shouldn’t be considered as a reliable source for verifying a company’s trustworthiness. Seems like someone simply edited the casino page and replaced the original logo. Now, everything is back in place.

Once again, the Fairplay casino is based on blockchain and smart contracts, so you can track all the transactions and the casino balance on Etherscan.

The stateofthedapps site is quite popular, it has been running for several years, indeed anyone can edit there, so it is undeniable that the site is not enough to be fully trusted. He also did not provide strong evidence of the allegations. Winning or losing in gambling is normal, No need to feel you have been scammed.

Hello, sorry i did not see this reply or i would have responded sooner.

Mike thanks for coming and responding several months later I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.  I requested numerous withdrawals which were denied bc of kyc, so then i requested refunds of my deposits when my balance exceeded ALL AMOUNTS DEPOSITED.

Your female staff member said this "nobody made you deposit here, and therefore we will cannot refund your deposits, you operate on your own free will".

Only after weeks and weeks of fighting back and forth with your staff - did i eventually lose the balance because I just said the hell with bc i knew you all were never going to pay me via withdrawal nor refund and your team had made that clear.  The most angering thing is that you all were playing mental games and deliberately trying to get me to deposit more and were taking numerous actions to encourage me to deposit such as::::

1. OFFERING ME FREE SPINS IN THE LIVE CHAT WHICH THE WINNINGS COULD ONLY BE UNLOCKED BY MAKING A DEPOSIT AND CLEARING XXX NUMBER OF PLAYTHROUGH.

2. WHEN I HAD A BALANCE OF .3 ETH AND WAS ATTEMPTING TO WITHDRAW, THE WITHDRAWAL SECTION OF THE CASHIER IN MY ACCOUNT HAD BEEN DISABLED DUE TO KYC. IT HAD A BIG SHIELD WITH A RED X SAYING THAT THIS PORTION OF THE CASHIER WAS INACCESSIBLE. SO I WENT TO FAIRPLAY'S TELEGRAM PAGE AND SPOKE WITH THEIR SUPPORT MEMBER 'SLAVA FROST' AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO TALK TO MANAGEMENT TO SEE ABOUT GETTING THEM TO ENABLE MY WITHDRAWAL, AND HE SAID HE WOULD REPORT BACK TO ME LATER. SO FEELING CONFIDENT THAT THEY WOULD SOLVE THE ISSUE I WENT BACK AND CONTINUED PLAYING ON THE SITE. WITHDRAWAL SECTION OF THE WALLET WAS STILL DISABLED. I LOST THE BALANCE OF 0.3ETH THAT I PREVIOUSLY HAD. AFTER LOSING THE BALANCE I GO BACK INTO THE CASHIER AND I SEE THAT NOW THE WITHDRAWALS HAVE BEEN ENABLED AND IT EVEN LISTED MY WITHDRAWAL ADDRESS IN THE BOX JUST AS IT WOULD FOR PLAYERS THAT HAVE PASSED THE KYC AND WERE APPROVED FOR WITHDRAWS.

3. THEN AFTER THE WITHDRAWALS WERE ENABLED IN MY CASHIER, LIVE SUPPORT OFFERED ME MORE FREESPINS AND THEY EVEN CALLED MY CELL PHONE THAT DAY AND ALTHOUGH I MISSED THE CALL, I CHECKED WITH THIER TELEGRAM PAGE AND THEY SAID YES WE CALLED YOU BC WE HAVE A SPECIAL OFFER WE WOULD LIKE TO MAKE YOU.

so to summarize, they had enabled the withdraw section in my wallet, they had offered me freespins in the live chat, and they called my cell phone bc they had a special offer for me, so at this point it is seemingly obvious to me that they had resolved the kyc limitations internally, which i attributed to slava frost having spoken to management.

so i deposited again - and im playing a little and checking the cashier every now and again to see if withdrawals were still enabled and they were...
so i continue playing and i dont remember the exact amount at this point but i made it to the bonus one on of the games and scored my biggest win yet, I believe i had .7 - 1.0 eth (i dont recall the exact amount but it was more than i had at any point previously on their site) AND literally THE moment after the bonus was completed and the funds were moved to my balance - I shot over to the cashier as quickly as i could click the trackpad and guess what i see --- 'withdrawals have been disabled due to kyc'

THIS is exactly the truth as it occurred. they obviously had someone monitoring my account and my play in real time and they were deliberately misleading me into depositing and engaging in typical slimeball casino operator practices which are nothing new to this industry. They take deposits all day long with no issue... but the moment someone tries to make a withdrawal they have to call the security team and verify this and that and theres always a problem and meanwhile they never even ask you a single question about any of that shit when you are depositing...... FAIRPLAY is RUN  by a bunch of liars and con-men, they will lie, fabricate, cheat, and steal from you just as they did to me..

I have nothing to gain by this. they will never pay me a dime. i have no reason to spend the last 30 minutes writing this post, other than because it is the truth and they knew good and god damn well it's the truth. they should not be trusted. period.

This is not the case of someone who lost a casino - and they are mad so they go and make angry comments and say they were scammed.

That is simply not the case. I WON! not once but twice.

They denied my withdrawal. Refused to refund my deposits.

I continued playing while having extensive discussions with their staff and eventually exhausted the balance.

Shortly afterwards, they enabled withdrawals on my account. Gave me freespins via email and via live chat. They called my cell phone telling me they had special offers for me.

Thinking that they would not be calling, emailing, and enabling the withdrawal section in my cashier UNLESS they resolved the issue.

I deposited again.... everything looks good. I win .7 ETH in a bonus round... the moment the bonus is over.. i got to the withdraws tab in the cashier.. DISABLED...

10 minutes prior to that it had been enabled.  It's operated on a smart contract. So the funds would be automatically sent when i make the request.   It's instant.

They knew exactly what the hell they were doing. and I cried foul for weeks and weeks and nobody listened. They hardly even responded.

Finally months later the post starts gaining some traction... and they send this guy 'mike' here to act like they did nothing wrong and it was all bc im from the USA.

BULLSHIT. Where were you months ago mike?  You were nowhere to be seen and you were dodging me left and right in fact, ive never even heard of you until just a few minutes ago.

So cut the BS. FAIRPLAY has no integrity, no accountability, and very little honesty.   I KNOW IT, you know it, and now everyone else knows it as well.

Well, I checked this out, the KYC verification was failed on May 19, 2019, and no exclusive bonuses have been offered at least since then. I suppose that any offered bonuses were just regular bonuses rather than exclusive offers. We do have a bonus system and every new user automatically gets a deposit bonus and free spins after each of the first four deposits. It’s not the reason to consider the KYC verification successful.

I’d also like to stress that Fairplay.io approaches player engagement with all due caution. We always make it clear that players should gamble responsibly and only play with money they can afford to lose. We also require players to read and agree to our Terms & Conditions before accessing the casino services.

The best thing about Fairplay is it’s a blockchain-based casino. If you have any doubts about game results, you can check every bet, win, and loss, as well as each deposit and withdrawal, via Etherscan. These stats can be compared with a record of your requests to our support team in order to figure out the sequence of events as they happened.

Dear community, we’ve already mentioned that you can track all the casino stats on Etherscan. Now, you can also check everything on Fairplay.io. Recent deposits, withdrawals, and bets are displayed right on the website’s main page. The number of games played on Fairplay.io, the total amount of bets and wins as well as the biggest win and the casino’s fund balance are also available there.

As you can see on the screenshot below, Fairplay users have already played more than 400K games, made bets for 17,777 ETH (1 ETH = 0.001 TPLAY), and won 17,234 ETH. The current casino balance is 3,497 ETH.

This is yet another reason why Fairplay.io is the #1 blockchain casino you can trust.

Sir. Again. You are flat out lying.

May 19th failed kyc.

May 21st live chat issued me 30 free spins which the winnings could only be unlocked by depositing and play a certain amount of playthrough.

May 25th your team called my cell phone indicating they had a special present exclusively for me. It even lists my cell phone number in the body of the email saying that we “called” you!!

You just confirmed to everyone with 100% certainty that you are lying. Check the images.

I would also like to stress that Bitcointalk users approach FairPlay.io with due caution. I would like to make it clear  that some casinos are confirmed liars and scammers with a history of verifiably deceptive, dishonest, and reprehensible behavior. I would suggest that you read up on each casinos reputation and check the experience of past players including any imgur image uploads that have been improperly placed into the body of the text.

I have tried for several minutes now to make it easier to view these images but I have failed.  Much in the way mike and the FairPlay.io organization have failed to properly represent the circumstances.  Thankfully I have documented the entire process and the proof is contained in our many many confrontations.

If someone could advise me on how to properly link imgur uploads so that the picture displays it would be appreciated and players would be able to confirm my statements much easier and it may save them from being lied to and deceived by slimeball casinos such as FairPlay.io

1. Upload an image

2. Don’t copy the URL, select “Get share links”

3. Copy the BBCode (Forums)

4. Just paste the code into the body of your post

The industries of online gambling, Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency in general are subjected to a constant wave of scrutiny and restrictive regulation which limit the real potential of their capabilities and the crypto movement.

One of the main concerns is the disturbing number of reported cases of fraud, theft, scams, and other criminal behavior that continues to haunt these industries.  It has created a stigma and has significantly harmed the reputation of all three subjects.

One of the the things we can do as a community to advance the economic empowerment movement and revolution of the global financial system is to identify criminal behavior and the morally and ethically absent actions of nefarious individuals and groups and to then use our group conscience and our crypto wallets to send a clear message that we will not tolerate nor participate in the destructive actions that  you’re inflicting on our movement and the stigma and poor reputation that your actions are partly responsible for. I can only speak for myself but I certainly do not want businesses and organizations representing this movement if they are going to behave in this unacceptable manner.  We do not have to tolerate it. We shouldn’t tolerate it. And personally, I will not tolerate it.

I urge all users on here to review my case and to review the evidence I’ve presented which also confirm Fairplay’s many lies and shameful behavior and predatory behavior and then ask yourself, “is this really the type of organization that I want to be handing my hard earned crypto over too and supporting continued behavior like this?”

Well I would hope that you all would stand with me on this one and say that “no it is definitely not, and there is no place in this movement or in this industry for scoundrels like the operators of FairPlay.io”

Hi there, this is Mike again. Please take a look at our regular bonus system in the post above. Every Fairplay user gets these bonuses.

I'm very sad to be the one to tell you that, but your screenshots proved that we have our general bonus policy and promotional email campaigns, nothing more. Each of the first four deposits at the casino brings Fairplay users a bonus and free spins. We also give additional bonuses to all our players via email newsletters. We also reach our users by phone at least once to confirm their registration. We continue communicating with them by phone if this is convenient for them. Any Fairplay.io player can prove that. While data on blockchain can show real game stats of any user, in any game, at any moment.

You can contact our support to get the full history of your deposits, bonuses, wins, and losses. Any bonus there should be a regular or additional bonus for all our users rather than an exclusive offer for you.

I can understand your frustration about failing KYC but it was failed due to the violation of the Fairplay.io Terms & Conditions. When you create multiple accounts or use the website while being a resident of a restricted country, you extremely violate the Terms of Use and continue using the website at your own risk.

We are not happy about those geo-restrictions. We are not happy that you violated the Terms & Conditions and failed KYC because of those geo-restrictions. But we have to stick to the terms of our license.

However, we'd love to help you somehow anyway, so let's do this. The moment we can accept citizens of the USA, I will personally email you with some huge bonus that will exceed all your expectations. Hopefully, we will get the license for the USA soon.
