Is this guy deserves a temp ban or perma ban for spamming? This guy is promoting his site in each and every board.

Maybe. As far I remember I've reported 3-5 threads and posts. Others also reported.

But I'm not sure that the posts and threads by my reports got deleted or not yet, because after my reports the "unhandled" stats are same till now.
