They are not releasing any dates from when they will launch the IEO, even we don't see any improvements from the team, I hope they will conduct the IEO in the next year, but recently community is not showing interest towards BitWings, now people slowly moving to other projects. They shouldn't take this much time for IEO.

Based from observation and experience, it is better to buy tokens once they are listed in exchanges.
Because after couple of weeks of trading, the price will go down as much as about 90% of its original value.
Even if the project is stable and promising, you will expect that it will decrease its value.
The Bitwings team should have contingencies on how to address this more than possible scenario.
