PayPal security issues

I really need help
I'm using PayPal few years and everything was working fine until last month.
Once I'm trying send payment I get error We can't proccees your payment right now"
Sometimes I get quick security check and one I pass it or not pass I still get same error we can't sent your payment right now
Try call tu support they don't help me. Maybe do you have simillar expierence and can you share it how to get back normal using of my account? (My account is in good standing not limited and etc) I just can't sent any payment. I can add money withdraw money but can't sending any payment and receive any new payment to my account. Where is problem?

Only Paypal support can solve this issue for you.
Honestly, I avoid Paypal because they have very strange policy and if you are receiving some money on regular basis and suddenly stop receiving money, very often they just block your account and you can't any more receive or send money.
Because of this, many businesses leaving Paypal.
You said that you can add money butcan't send it?
Please check if they changed rules for your country.

How I said I call to support they explain me that my account in good standing and I'm able to receive money...

Have you gotten any security alerts in your email?

No I don't get anything about it... I'm can't shop online, can't sent dircect payments and etc...

Try from card from balance same problem. I read this artichle but in my side everything looks good

That problem happened to me about a year ago, I could not withdraw funds that I had in PayPal, and I actually sent many emails to support, actually they were like 10 emails and they responded to me after 15 days saying they had solved the problem, I advise you that you withdraw your funds quickly to an Exchange that is more reliable.
