I think he should accept what members are going to post today, low fees are for low quality post. But I think you should increase the payment for post.

Why pay too low?  I wanted to join your forum but I see the payment will not satisfy most of the members here. Would you increase the payment per post. 0.2 Cents per post is good.

The forum first paid $0.2 per post for first few days but when members claimed second time with more posts, admin said them 'payment for post ended after saturday' without any notice or update. That was unfair. I was missed payment although i have done more than 50 comments, lastly admin paid me few but that was't enough. Now they are offering $0.02 for per post, this is too cheap to describe in words.

Even forex forums pay $0.15 and you are paying $0.02? And payment in BTC which charges high fees? You won't get content but only spam.
