Invacio ICO Whitepaper (dated 24 Feb 2018): https://is. gd/6qG0Vi
Invacio CEO and Founder (Pg 3 and 46 of the whitepaper): William James Dalrymple West

An extensive review on Invacio

"Review on Invacio: First published within ICOBench,
Archived version:

First reviewed on 2 July 2018.

18 Comments first, followed by 13 Questions for the INV team.

[Section A] Comments:

C1. Invacio is an interesting ICO project. On the surface from just reading its whitepaper, many may be bedazzled by its impressive technology for its wide variety of products. Those with AI practical and theoretical knowledge would smell snake oil after reading its whitepaper and numerous red flags would emerged as one proceed with an INV due diligence.

C2. I wanted to believe and still want to.

C3. This is my one-month long review of INV involving interactions with both core team members, former core team members and various stakeholders from INV 2nd official Telegram group, as well as INV unofficial Telegram group.
T1: Official Original TG Group (during ICO): (before late May) ~ est. no. of users 10,000 at the point of shutdown
T2: Replacement for the Official Original Group: (late June) ~ est. no of users as at 12 June 2018 is about 1000+
Invacio shutdown T1 claiming that it has served it? purposes for the ICO while banning users who asked uncomfortable questions. Thereafter, Invacio set up T2 and followed the same path of banning users who also asked uncomfortable questions - it is probably question of time when T2 would also disappear. Latest update as at 1 July 2018, T2 has gone private.

C4. What is not AI:
    C4.1 Statistics is not AI
C4.2 Massive accumulation of data is not AI
C4.3 Data analytics is not AI
C4.4 Web crawler (aka spider) is not intelligent agent and web crawlers (spiders) are not multi agents system.

C5. Superlative, exaggerated and ad nauseam use of the term "Artificial Intelligence" (over 50 times) in the Invacio whitepaper.

C6. The cover page of the whitepaper reads: "A Complex of Solutions Grounded in Multi-Agent System Artificial Intelligence", nonsensical title.

C7. Page 6 of the whitepaper states "...multi-agent system AI for the ethical generation of wealth and the administration of disaster situations", another nonsensical statement that does not make sense.

C8. Page 9 of the whitepaper regarding Jean, "... She is an intelligence so sensitive to the world and its changes she is able both to enact strategies by weighing these historical and live data, and to react to the world if the world fails to coincide with her expectations." More nonsense.

C9. Page 18 of the whitepaper regarding Tamius. Zero evidence of Tamius despite claims that it was 70% completed in early 2018.

C10. Page 25 of the whitepaper relates to Agnes. For all its description on what-is, there is a lack of how-to. performance measurements relating to the system is also missing.

C11. Page 25 of the whitepaper relates to Alise and states that "Assisted by Jean? spiders (bots which trawl the webs)". Definition of spiders is correct here and yes, spider is not an intelligent agent, and many spiders are not multi-agents.

C12. Page 25 of the whitepaper states that "Alise... Through the noise and chatter of the internet Alise is able to make sense of the complex interactions which are having or will have an impact on a business, and Alise is where Invacio? great strength in sentiment analysis and real time natural language comprehension is seen at its most immediately effective". More snake oil here.

C13. Page 38 of the whitepaper states that "... Invacio? Applied AI division looks to the performance of our multi-agent system Artificial Intelligence and associated technologies" - gibberish.

C14. Page 41 of the whitepaper states that "DNS Reflection Attacks... System Development Executive, Ben Rengsomboon had this to say about our financial security precautions...", what is the LinkedIn or web profile for Ben Rengsomboon?

C15. The lack of references in the whitepaper is very appalling to me ?no excuse is required.

C16. For all AI, Blockchain and data analytics capabilities, none of the core team member has any publication or prior works relating to AI, Blockchain or data analytics.

C17. There was a very recent (29 June 2018) repeat of the using PS3 clusters to build a supercomputer, from the video titled "Invacio Update ? When Proof ?? Exit Scam? LIVE STREAM", Source: The Invacio team has clearly never heard about Moore's Law. The claim of using PS3 clusters to build a supercomputer is an outright falsehood due to its constraints which many people already know (except Invacio).

C18. For those who have brought INV tokens, I genuinely wish you well.

[Section B] Questions:

Q1. Page 19 of the whitepaper states "Tamius is able to offer a military grade...", to elaborate on what is military grade.

Q2. Page 19 of the whitepaper states "WeNet... does not require the internet infrastructure, nor does it require a cellular network. Instead it uses ingenious methods to create a stable and portable internet gateway, in areas with zero internet connectivity.", pls elaborate on how you achieve connectivity with zero internet connectivity.

Q3. Page 19 of the whitepaper states "Invacio Data ... Developed in consultation with experts from institutions including NASA and Facebook HHVM, as well as world-experts in IT... ". Pls state the name of the NASA expert(s), Facebook HHVM expert(s) and other IT experts.

Q4. Page 27 of the whitepaper states "Aquila is a hedge fund led by experienced hedge fund managers, senior executives from Wall Street...". What are the names of these fund managers and senior executives?

Q5. Page 27 of the whitepaper states "In late August 2017, Invacio Labs began a live test of certain elements of its financial technology." Show us the performance measurements of this test.

Q6. Page 32 of the whitepaper is about Invacio Network. Is it an extension of the 2014's Invacio Network, see

Q7. Page 37 of the whitepaper states that "Security... Led by a number of security specialists", pls state the names of these security specialists.

Q8. Page 38 of the whitepaper states that "Labs... Led by William James Dalrymple West...",  pls state the names of who else is in this Labs.

Q9. Page 42 of the whitepaper states that "In November 2017 Invacio was extended an invitation to address the United Nations (ESCAP)." Would like the CEO of Invacio to clarify this false statement or perhaps the public should write to UN directly to enquire about this falsehood involving Invacio.

Q10. Invacio original ICO team (14):
Invacio team of "8" (as at 30 June 2018):
Invacio tech team (as at 3 July 2018):
Page 47 of the whitepaper indicates that Scott Soutter is a core team member, it was also stated in ICOBench and ICOMarks. Scott has since clarified that he was a *former Advisor* to Invacio and was never part of the Invacio tech team member. Two falsehoods here.
(a) Who else among the 14 are (a) Advisors (b) part-time, refer to,
(b) Invacio is expected to remove Scott from both and websites; Invacio is also expected to issue a public apology to Scott for the false claims.

Q11. Page 59 of the whitepaper mentioned about "VADGAMA BLOCKCHAIN". Pls elaborate on this new blockchain. Vadgama's Youtube interview with ICOGenius is most uninspiring and he talked gibberish at times,

Q12. Did Invacio receive an equity investment? Core team member Corey said "Yes" while Core team member Roger said "No". Who is correct?
Corey (29 Mar 2018):
Roger (29 Jun 2018):

Q13. What is the company that conducted the ICO? Is it 'INVACIO HOLDINGS (UK) LIMITED' or the UK company is only for the Class C shares?

For your reply, pls use this notation, Ans1 for Q1, Ans2 for Q2, ..., Ans16 for Q16; if you are replying to my comments, you may use this notation, Re1 for C1, Re2 for C2, ..., Re18 for C18; so that I can tell if you are responding to a comment (C) or a question (Q).

I may revise my ratings after receiving answers to the above 13 questions.

Add-on comment on 26 July 2018:

C19. Callous violation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by Roger (a team member of Invacio):

Updated review on 29 July 2018:

C20. When the Invacio project was further exposed by Keith Wareing (a Youtube ICO reviewer/interviewer) for falsehoods, Invacio also maliciously created a domain with vindictive remarks, refer to (created by the Invacio's team)
This is a whois record for this domain name (noticed that this domain was created a couple of days ago):

C21. The first unethical and unprofessional KYC abuse case (with malicious intent) by Invacio:

C22. Latest tweet from VC crypto fund that invested in Invacio: "BlueNodeCapital: @MktsInsider Heads-up team on your article featuring Invacio. You are obviously not aware but Invacio is a full blown professionally done ICO scam that seen millions of dollars wiped out for hundreds of investors. If you need further info on what has occurred let me know.

Reply from Invacio CEO "William James Dalrymple West" on 25 Nov 2018:

Re1) Can? argue with this opening statement. The authors, John Marshall and Daniel Brace respectively over stated some technical components of the whitepaper without fully understanding the technology. Unfortunately, it had not been subject to a further vetting process by William to ensure it properly reflected and conveyed the content as tasked. In hindsight, the draft whitepaper would have been culled dramatically prior to final release as he stated publicly within our telegram after finally obtaining time to read it in June-18. The technology described was accurate, however the words used were at times over exaggerated in nature. screenshots from the file, more than welcome to share, deleted user represents the closing and removal of John? email and Daniels email accounts at Invacio.

Re2) Really? We find that hard to believe given the negative sentiment found in posted discussions both public and private that we?e witnessed in social media.

Re3) This action was carried out with appropriate warning and notification informing the community that the telegram account had to be shutdown based on a risk assessment and exercising responsible governance. The decision was based on a number of factors that included the non-transferable nature of the account (given the loss of the sim-card), and more importantly it was owned by an ex-employee (Mr Christoph Huber) which had been removed due to his questionable conduct and unprofessional business actions. Never the less messages have been left in this older group informing the community that the account that is under Invacio? control (Roger Baker).
Further at the end of the ICO Invacio culled all bounty members or airdrop individuals, those that left and joined the Telegram under Invacio? control made up 1000+ users from the ICO.

Re3.1) TG#2 is still a vibrant community and a source of intelligent conversation (all things blockchain and AI) and publicly viewable. In order to maintain confidence through effective management within the community it was decided that it would be made private for a few weeks while we cleansed it of people that were unable to offer qualified and/or constructive criticism/discussion, or were constantly sharing the baseless claims posted by Mr. Yeap from all over the internet.

Re4) AI is a very broad concept and in my opinion one that is overused from a terminology standpoint. I personally despise this element of the sector, like all sectors there is a buzz word and it is used heavily to raise cap, or interest.
Overall we meander between various types of AI, however i personally see AI as achievable by anyone in its various states regardless of experience level. Furthermore I have absolutely no interest in being the best but prefer to work to a criteria and have each stage of the process in the flow pick-up the shortcomings, as to how that works and even a description, that is my IP, the core reason is to see if it scales, it? also the element that perked up Scott? interest, the rest we both know is achievable as stated above.

If still unsure what AI is I suggest visiting the URL below as it's not my place to teach people how to suck eggs.

Re4.1) In response to your previously cited papers (and weak effort to support your argument), here is one from another source countering that it is indeed part of a process.
Re4.2) We have common ground in that accumulation of data may not be AI, but the systems that either collate, analyse and derive may be ANI which is AI. This is what some of our data solutions offer, and in part are used in a continuously processing on demand data relevant to subject decisions at the time.
Re4.3) Agreed it? a buzz word, but in essence for data analytics to work data needs to be captured, processed (analysed), with derived indicators/elements that are then are usable.
Re4.4) Interesting statement, no they?e not multi-agents and I? not entirely sure if you fully comprehend the technology. Spiders are not AI in any of it? accepted forms, they are however more commonly understood as process elements that incorporated derive intelligence (data) from the BigData being processed into the system. Such intelligent actions such as for example classification, context and understanding where that information is of use, specifically addressed in our process of hunting and gathering additional information to factor into a current process.
So in a nutshell these ?piders?are merely bots that fetch information for the AI to use in its tasks. Further we never stated spiders were the agents although the term ?gent?does mean someone, or something that acts on behalf of someone, or something else! So, a part of the spider process fetching data for an AI module would technically be an agent of the AI.

Re5). Refer to the earlier response in C3., Mr. John Marshall and Mr. Daniel Brace co-authored the whitepaper, and it is acknowledged it should have been further vetted and culled respectively. Hindsight is always 20/20.

Re6) Let us address the simple description in its context. A complex of solutions by its very meaning refers to number of products and/or projects. Now if we extend this to the Multi-Agent system it simple refers to many AI modules coupled together and automatically searching for required information with little human intervention.

Re7) Again, let? address the simple description in its context. Ethical Generation of wealth simple means at fundamental level guidance on ethical trading via prediction/projection systems.
In relation to ?dministration of disaster situations? that is something Michael had discussed at the UNESCAP, and further Invacio are discussing with a UN party. More specifically, this is in the form of monitoring and guiding disaster response units, or coordinating disaster relief scenarios (taking feeds from multiple live and historical data sources to calculate the best way to deal with any particular).

Re8) This description has been acknowledged earlier and further the source identified. For clarification, our AI ?ean?does in deed work autonomously once instructed. Multiple data feeds essentially refers to the system being able to recognise patterns across a broad spectrum of inputs. Also, self-correcting if errors are recognised during any task (spiders/bots sent to source new data)

Re9) Tamius Wallets have been released on both Apple iOs and Android, however, Tamius has been canned as the crypto markets are in a state of decline (the same as our still locked ETH from the ICO).

Re10) Agnes has altered since the whitepaper to bring in line with regulations. There are also multiple new modules being rolled into Agnes to offer a broader range of projections.

Re11) I refer you to your comment and our response to C4.

Re12) Pattern spotting across multiple data feeds and ability to calculate best course of action and give real-time brand awareness.

Re13) This has been clearly taken out of context and deserves no further comment.

Re14) What is the point that you?e attempting to convey in this comment? In response I? simply say you will find a very qualified businessman that runs a rather successful logistics company, he is also a wizard with computer hardware. - Note no longer involved in the project.

Re15) It has never been stated or presented as a fully peer reviewed publication in an academic context so therefore no references are required. This had been raised by William upon drafting the document and was later discounted by John (Cambridge educated) as not required.

Re16) This statement is a rather insular and unqualified statement and that has not been substantiated. The proof of our AI is fast approaching an official release and there is little that such commentary will change its course or realisation.

Re17) LIVE STREAM", Source: The Invacio team has clearly never heard about Moore's Law. The claim of using PS3 clusters to build a supercomputer is an outright falsehood due to its constraints which many people already know (except Invacio).
The PS3? by design were only ever meant for large scale image processing (something well documented by AFRL and DARPA). Their collective horsepower was purposed to carry out the pure grunt work it takes for processing our satellite feeds. Furthermore, the term for the PS3 construction was supercluster, not supercomputer. A full-blown supercomputer is however, being constructed. Here is an article about an additional HPC server being built to replace the PS3 cluster as there are issues with the newly introduced Electronics Import law in Thailand ( and two more talking about the other hardware we are using to construct our systems.

Re18) This is completely false and directly contradicts everything you have discussed and posted throughout social media and chat forums both public and private. Your actions thus far have demonstrated a disregard and a lack of understanding of the technology in effort to destabilize the project and thereby the utility token.

Re19. Not covered by GDPR, non European subjects and open transparency.

Re20. To clarify your confusion, Whois actually provides no information related to Invacio Analytica

Re21. Not covered by GDPR, non European subjects and open transparency.

Re22. Since pulled back as they were about to be called to court.

Ans1. This statement is quite clear and has no ambiguity. It offers the same minimum level of security expected from that the military establishment. For further consumption and consideration I refer you to C&A 9.

Ans2. Clearly whether deliberately or not you?e completely ignored the concept of Intellectual Property in this context. This is tantamount to giving the game away or revealing the ingredients behind the secret sauce. I believe it? important to put WeNet into context in that the technology wasn? part of the token sale. It was mentioned as a component (that already exists) which was to become part of Vadgama Blockchain.

Ans3. Evidently you have deliberately blinded yourself to events of the past when we had released a person? name of significance in relation to this project. This is obviously ruse and a vain attempt to serve your agenda to engage in external harassment (something well documented) and we will certainly not be releasing.

Ans4. This information is not publicly available and further held in confidence due to such nefarious and targeted harassment that both you and select parties have engaged. For further clarification Aquila was mentioned as a group project which was not an INV related utility Anyway, here is an article which explains a lot about our current standing:

Ans5. We would, only Mr. Andres Pedraza ran off with the money and related measurement data. Feel free to find out more here: www.

Ans6. has developed (as with any technical complex) over the last 12 months. It goes without saying that progress can sometimes be painful much like with any organisation and there will always be some issues with contractors not performing as they should and making noise if they aren? paid.

Ans7. Clearly this is another example of an attempt to identify professionals of interest to engage in external harassment. Please refer to our response found in Q3.

Ans8. Once again another example of an attempt to identify professionals of interest to engage in external harassment. Please refer to our response found in Q3.

Ans9. Invacio are still attending UN conferences even without Michael.

Ans10. Your attempt to paint yourself as a crypto project forensic investigator is pointless as your demands are also irrelevant. I will turn this around back onto you that is will be both you and your fellow posse that reside behind the anonymity of private and public chat groups (i.e ICOChecker) who be will be expected to give full unreserved public apologies to both Scott and Invacio Analytica when your version of the truth is disproven.

Ans11. I?l make it perfectly clear (which evidently you are confused) it was only ever in the appendix and still sits as a future project, no details shall be given beyond the description you can see above.
Though Reaper has since replaced for external chain (read our blog).

Ans12. Once again as you appear to be confused, the video made by William and released by Invacio was vetted, and was clear, it was in regards to WeNet which was external to Invacio.

Ans13. As per the contract signed during sale. If you were not part of the sale, then you won? have seen it which just shows that there is no interest from you beyond attempting to paint everything in a bad light. Invacio AAP Holdings Ltd (Seychelles)

11 times (and counting) Invacio was caught lying

"The last article “Is Invacio a scam?” seems to have a hit a nerve with a lot of people. Many have thanked me for writing it and quite a few agreed with the points I made and even added their own articles, such as this one here. And that one in response to an article published by Invacio, in which they unsuccessfully tried to convince people that their AI exists.

(Unfortunately, I can’t read the article by Invacio from this account, as Invacio has blocked me from their medium account. An all too common thing, as I have been banned from both of their Telegram groups, their Twitter and Facebook and now also their Medium account)

But I have logged out from medium to read the article anyway and haven’t seen anything that would convince me that their claims are actually true.
A few screenshots with coloured boxes aren’t going to make me believe you have a highly sophisticated Artificial Intelligence. And a few old datasets that you have scraped from publicly available data and uploaded to your server isnt any better.

Anyway back to the current article:
“Is Invacio a scam?” raised a few questions about the truthfulness of Invacio and its current team members.

Naturally, Invacio supporters and their own Roger Baker have come out to call the article nonsense and a bunch of lies.

So, I thought to write a new article and point out several of the lies that we have spotted by Invacio and that can be backed up by evidence.
(Note: all names of unrelated people in the screenshots have been blurred to protect the innocent)

Because other than Invacio I can actually back up the claims I make….

Here are 11 times we caught Invacio lying.
1. Scott Soutter was “intrinsic to the development”

Scott Soutter is an IBM specialist in the fields of Deep Learning and AI. He was listed by Invacio as an external advisor on their website and whitepaper.

His advisory role was also confirmed by Scott when asked for it.

What Invacio claimed, however, was that Scott Soutter was “intrinsic to the development over the last few years” and “ he has been involved since the beginning”

You can read the exact statement here.

This claims is very different to how Scott sees his involvement with Invacio:

So what Scott is essentially saying is:

He likes the vision. He shared advice on big data and trends. But he hasnt seen the tech and wasnt involved in its development.

For me that is a gross overstatement by Invacio on Scotts role in the company that has been used to mislead investors. ( (Scott is not at fault here at all!)

It could also be called a straight lie.
2. Fire in Invacios Indian server room/backoffice

If the first point could still be called an overstatement rather than a lie, maybe the next one is more convincing.

A few months ago William, the CEO of Invacio, posted on Facebook that a fire in an office building had taken out their server room and back office.

He posted this link to a newspaper article as proof for it.

A quick check of the office address stated in the Invacio whitepaper as well as the address of Arvind Patels (Indian developer stated in the whitepaper) company Nlite which is the same as their Indian office gave the following address:

Office No: 105
3rd Floor, Samruddhi Bhavan,
Opp. Bombay Petrol Pump,
Gondal Road, Rajkot
Gujarat, India

Look at the following screenshots for confirmation.

And here is a link to the newspaper article:

The address of the fire mentioned in the newspaper is:
Race Course Road, Vadodara
Fire breaks out in bank on Race Course Road – Times of India
Server room of the bank was gutted in fire Vadodara: Server room of Dhanlaxmi Bank located on Race Course Road was…

Now typing in the location of the fire stated in the newspaper article: Race Rourse Rd. in Vadodara into google maps and asking for a route to Invacios office you will find the following:

So, the fire in the bank was around 5 hours by car away from Invacios server room. A bit far to be an adjacent building….

Of course, there could still have been another fire in another bank on the very same day. But, there is no mention of it at all anywhere online and why post the wrong newspaper article to confirm it…
3. Using Coinagenews to shill their own project

Staying with news articles for the next lie.

During the presale stage of the ICO a website called posted a few articles about Invacio. One of them an interview with founder William West, another one calling Invacio “Possibly the best ICO of 2018”

Nothing wrong with that, right?

This website was setup by Invacio themselves under the name of one of the team members wife name.

Here is a video showing a chat where they planned it all out.

That wouldn’t have been all too bad, by its self.

But Invacios Roger Baker than used an article from their own website to post on FB groups and forums, pretending he had found an interesting ICO.

Being called out on it. William had to step in to respond to the exchange in that group. He said he could “100% confirm” that Invacio or any of its derivatives or team members would own the site.

Well technically correct, it was the wife of one of the team members. But still in my book that is a lie and spammy tactic used to shill your own project.
4. Review by “AI academic”

Fake reviews seem to have tradition with Invacio. How about the next one?

During the ICO one of the members in the Invacio telegram group with the user name Blackbriar wrote a review about Invacio.

It was published anonymously but he stated several times it was written by him. He also claims to be an academic in Australia in nano physics which was used to give weight to his review.

Here is his review:

Strangely, for an academic, it doesnt go into the technical details of the AI or the products. Later asked if he had seen the products Blackbriar said his background was enough to judge what is realistic and what is not. That is, however, not an answer to the question and just shows that he in fact hasn’t seen any proof either (which puts him in the same position as all the other former employees and Scott Soutter)

Even more interesting though Invacio has used Blackbriars review again just a few days ago on another crypto site. This time they call him an AI academic.

Interesting progression from nano physics to AI within a short few weeks (almost sounds like the progression in AI experience the Invacio team made for their white paper….)

Here a link to the review so you can see for yourself that the reviews are identical:

Again, the lack of scientific proof or academic research and detail of the “review” is rather sad.

But maybe we expect too much.
After all Blackbriar only got 3000 free INV for his review.
5. The “divorce wallet” hoax

A lot more than 3000 INV were involved with this next lie by Invacio.

The “divorce wallet” hoax was used to explain the massive price crash after INV was listed on its first exchange.

Naturally people started to ask questions about it.

Luckily a certain Richie D came to the rescue by posting this:

Richie D is a friend of William, who supposedly gave Richie the information about the divorce.

In any case the story was quickly confirmed by Invacios admins.

The document above was posted as proof that these people existed and had indeed purchased that amount.

No proof was given that they actually got divorced or were forced to sell their token.

Which also did not matter, as these token were never really sold.

Of the 1.843 million INV they purchased 1.67 million INV were only moved to other wallets, as can be seen by following the wallet address mentioned in the document and the post by Richie.

See below screenshots to follow the exact path the token followed.

Interesting enough the divorce story is still being used as explanation for the price crash. Even though, there was no divorce and the token haven’t been sold.

There must be other reasons for the price crash. Team members and advisors selling their token could be one such reason.

And in case you wondered what happened to the token since than. They have been moved to IDEX a few days ago, 1.499 million INV.

CEO William claimed that a VC is selling 1.5 million INV. He even asked people to pool with him in order to purchase them otc

Sure, these tokens, that had already been sold on Bancor 4 weeks ago according to the Invacio tale have now been magically moved to a VC only to be sold again…

Doesn’t make sense at all.

Of course Invacio was be quick to say that maybe the VC purchased these token off the market from the divorce couple (strangely though the token were transferred back to a wallet they’d been already almost 4 weeks ago) but in any case Invacio can’t stop the FUD around the price drop or strange wallet action because there was no vesting for team token.

Which brings us to the next lie….
6. The escrow of team token lie

In the white paper Invacio stated that the team token would be escrowed by a third party.

Also, when asked about a holding period for team tokens William answered that he would ask for a 10 month holding period and coins were escrowed.

Apparently, he changed his mind before the end of the ICO and forgot to mention it to anyone.

Well, whether it would be stupid to dump or not is a different question. As is the question if he actually dumped from other wallets and also if other team members of advisors have dumped.

But the main point here is that William stated that team and operations would be escrowed by a third party and team token had a 10month holding period but changed this at will.

This is a clear lie and it is fair to assume that a lot of people would not have bought any tokens if they would have known about it. Myself included.
7. Invacio invited by the UN

Another of their claims that has been heavily used in marketing and was the reason for many people to buy Invacio during the ICO (again myself included) is the “invitation by the UN”.

Invacio claimed to have been invited by the UN after “word of their groundbreaking advances had reached UN officials” and “had piqued their interest”

You can read the whole article here.

The truth, however, is that not Invacio was invited. It was Michael J Aumock, who was already a member of the UN Escap, before joining Invacio.

Maybe, some one was a bit over embellish with their claim Invacio has been invited by the UN?

Not the only time they did it, when looking at the next point…
8. Development in cooperation with NASA and several of the world’s top universities

Early on in the presale Invacio stated on their website that their AI had been developed “in cooperation with NASA and several of the world’s top universities”.

Asked by several people about these universities, names and research papers, they decided to take “universities” from the website.

Asked about it again a few weeks later, Roger had the following to say:

I wonder who that over embellish copy writer is (maybe Roger himself?) and why no one was proof reading it for weeks until they were called out for it.

Now, with regards to the NASA. It still says that Invacio has developed its AI in consultation with NASA.

This is still as misleading as before, since NASA did not consult them on the development of the AI, but in how to access their own databases, which is a big difference, but doesnt sound as good as: “We had help from NASA when building our AI” which is essentially their claim.

Now, Invacio has reacted to the “FUD” around the NASA claim again and addressed it in their recent article, destroying more FUD and myths.

In this article they clarify that NASA is not a partner but a supplier. So why don’t state that as such in the whitepaper and on the website?
It sure sounds very different….

And now, remember the screenshot above with the red arrow?

Go have a look. It says they receive 600 tiles daily, which seems reasonable. But in their latest article that figure is suddenly inflated to 200 million tiles of planet earth!

And they wonder why people don’t believe their claims….

Another such example is the following
9. WeNet distance

One of the offerings of Invacio with quite a bit of controversy is WeNet. Not so much because of the offer itself, but more so because Invacio had claimed they received a 500 million USD investment.

This external investment allowed them to drastically decrease their hard cap from 100 million sold token to 30 million sold token. Initially it was claimed the investment was into Invacio, the video with the announcement has since been deleted by Invacio.

Later it was said the investment wasn’t actually for Invacio but for WeNet, which is a project privately owned by founder William.

Anyway, this is not the point of discussion here.

What I would like to point out is the following:

In the, now deleted, Telegram group of Invacio it was stated by William that he played online chess with a friend using WeNet. The interesting bit here is that in the telegram group he stated he was aboard a yacht some 600km of the coast of Thailand.

In a pdf presentation about WeNet, however, he stated he was 10.000 miles away!!

You guys sure have some over-embellish copywriters.

Or maybe you just aren’t that good with numbers, distances and time frames.

That could explain the next one…
10. Invacio Logo in use for 5 years

The Invacio logo was topic of some controversial discussion in the old telegram group. Some people even have been banned for discussing the logo!

Not only did a lot of people not really like the Invacio logo with the hand. Some even pointed out that the logo was a free logo, available on Dreamstimes.

Or that it look very much like logos of other companies.

Finally, a former team member showed were the idea for the logo really came from:

But all of that did never stop Invacio from claiming their logo had been in use for more than 5 years, ever since the company was founded.

But a quick look at the webarchive shows that Invacio was using a very different logo as recently as September 2016.

And their services included a social travel network, a yacht charter website, InvMail and Invacio finance. None of them use the hand logo.

And also looking at their Facebook page reveals the same:

So, it seems very obvious that Invacio changed their logo sometime between end of September 2016 and October 26th, 2016.

But it definitely was not in use since the start of the company in 2013/14.

Which actually isnt really an important point, but just used as one more example of Invacio not telling the truth.

And it is such a silly one, since nobody would really care if they used a logo for 1, 2 or 5 years.

Its even more silly to use a free logo of course and claim it to be trademarked…
11. Invited by Ukraine PM

The last point is the Invitation by the Ukraine Prime Minister. I am only including it here, because it was also mentioned in the “Is Invacio a scam” article, where I asked for further evidence from Invacio and haven’t gotten a response. Unless you count: “this article is the biggest pile of nonsense” and “nothing but lies” as answers to my questions…

Now, William claimed in a response to an article on Medium that he was invited by the prime minister of the Ukraine. Invacio also claimed they were in government level discussions with the Ukraine (as mentioned in “Is Invacio a scam”)

Here is the document that Invacio used as proof for their invitation.

On first look that seems to be great news. But take a closer look:

It doesn’t say William or Invacio were invited to talk with the prime minister.

It says: the prime minister as well as other officials will attend the event.

Invacio will be able to “within the framework of the conference representatives of Invacio will be able to hold a special presentation to the a.m. officials”

Now, that is still not such a bad thing, even though it is not the same as being invited by the Prime Minister.

But it seems as if Invacio never went to the Ukraine to attend the event or meet with anyone.

They never posted any photos on social media. Neither of the event in Kiev, nor any other posts or photos from the Ukraine at all. Asked for them, they said it had been forgotten to take pictures.

After all the other lies listed in this article I don’t have much faith we’ll ever see evidence for them attending the meeting. Yet the story of government discussions with the Ukraine is still actively used by Invacio.

This was an exhaustive list of proven lies. Some minor, some major.

Personally, I don’t think it matters if you are telling minor lies or major lies.

As some of the Invacio team and most active supporters have pointed out: “it’s crypto, it isn’t regulated.” or “all companies use over embellishment in their marketing”

Or that some of what I call lies in this article are in fact “only” over-embellishment or bending the truth a bit.

Well, that might be the case.

But as a wise man once said: “ A single lie destroys a whole reputation of integrity.”

And if a company raised millions of dollars using lies, overstating and bending the truth in order to solicit investment than that isn’t a minor issue and clearly destroys any integrity they might have had.

To further illustrate my point I’d like to quote Warren Buffet:

“It takes 20 years to build up a reputation and 5 minutes to ruin it”

Invacio has been around for just about 5 years, had no prior reputation and spent the last 6 month ruining it.

Ultimately, everyone has to make up their own minds about Invacio and if they are a company that can be trusted. Personally, after all I have seen and all the proven lies shown in this post, I have a hard time seeing how they can be trusted with any of their claims and promises of future product launches.

If you would like to continue discussing Invacio beyond this medium article we invite you to a new Telegram group setup just for this purpose:

Is Invacio a scam?

If you don’t have 10-15 minutes to read this article than here is a short version upfront:

Invacio made a lot of claims and doesn’t seem to have any evidence to back them up.
After the ICO price has dropped by 95%.
Everyone who asks critical questions gets banned from their Telegram group

Now to the real article:
Is Invacio a scam?

If it

looks like SCAM

walks like SCAM

talks like SCAM

acts like SCAM

and people are asking themselves

What is it ?

“Invacio is an outstanding achievement in the worlds of Artificial Intelligence, Communications, Finance and Big Data. Already celebrated internationally, our work stands to revolutionize every industry it touches.”

Lets take a closer look at the claims made be Invacio and some of the countless red flags around this project, that make people wonder if it is a scam.

Invacio claims to have created a groundbreaking AI named Jean.

According to the CEO William J D West, he has been working on this AI for the last 5 years dedicating 20 hours a day and more than 2 million dollars of his own money. He says he wrote 50 million lines of code and at times 70 developers were working on the project.

Yet, no one other than William has ever seen any evidence for the existence of the AI.

Several former “employees” (none of them had a work contract or was paid any salary) have confirmed that they never saw any AI.

One former executive of the company, who wrote the whitepaper for Invacios ICO, had asked for more detailed information on the AI or to speak to one of the developers to better understand the AI he was describing in the whitepaper, but was refused by the CEO.

Any question to provide evidence for the existence of the AI is considered FUD and people who continuously ask about it on their telegram group are banned.

It was often pointed out by Invacio that IBM AI specialist Scott Soutter who is listed as advisor to Invacio on their website and whitepaper had been “intrinsic in the development over the last few years”

Scott Souter confirmed that he was an advisor but stressed that he hasnt seen any of Invacios offerings and only provided thoughts on Big Data.

There is nothing that suggests that Invacio has a groundbreaking AI.

An AI they claim is a level 3 AI.

Not only has nobody seen any proof for it. There is also nobody in the company who is remotely qualified to create such an AI.

Lets take a look at the team:

William West, the founder, who is claimed to be main developer has no evident background in coding.

He claimed to have worked as senior executive with BT.
When he worked for BT he was just out of school and did an internship there. Later he worked in the telesales department. Nothing wrong with being a tele sales guy. But nothing senior about it either.

So not only did he lie about his professional background, he has no background or any related experiences in AI development and no proven track record of any programming work.

Even if he would be self taught it is still highly unlikely that he himself coded 50 million lines of code.

Especially, since none of the former employees ever saw him work on any code, and during his 5 year development period, he was employed full time by a property company in Phuket.

In order to write 50 million lines of code, he would have had to write a dozen lines of code per second for the remaining waking hours of those years. Theoretically possible. Highly unlikely nevertheless.

His lead developers: Anand Vemula & Arvin Patel have no background in AI developement. Their blockchain developer Madhav Vadgama has experience in every area except blockchain.

Arvin is a freelancer that runs a webdesign company in India.

Anand Vemula is apparently a developer, who recently got into Blockchain, but no background in Ai development.

Madhav Vadgama who is claimed to work on Invacios own blockchain. Vadgama blockchain has no background in this area and an interview he gave, as well as answers he gave to people questioning him on telegram suggest that he has no idea about blockchain solutions.

From the lack of experience of the team, former team members who have never seen evidence for the existence of the AI and the main advisor who other than what Invacio claims was never involved in the development of the AI, as well as the complete absence of any evidence that would suggest otherwise, it seems highly unlikely that such an AI exists.

The team has been asked to provide proof of their AI countless times and used one of two excuses:

– the AI servers are currently turned off due to the high costs
(than turn them on, after all you collected millions from the ICO)

– the governments we have been discussing with have seen the proof, which should be evidence enough if we can convince them

(erm, no. Not really. Because you have no proof for government discussions either…., but aside from that.

If the governments have seen proof for the AI in action, have you turned on the servers for them or have you done demonstration videos before? Either way: why not show it to the rest of the world….?)
2. Invacio products

Invacio not only claims to have a groundbreaking level 3 AI, but also a dozen products, most of them claimed to be ready to roll out. (if only they had that AI turned on…)

Here are some of the products:

Here is the claim:

“At well in excess of 2 billion datasets and always growing, Invacio Data is already the world’s richest resource of up to the minute, organized, live and historical data of its kind. If a database exists Invacio Data will likely have it, and where we do not Jean is hard at work to generate or obtain it.”

Invacio, a company that no one knows claims to be the worlds richest resource of organized, live and historical data.

Question: Jeans servers are currently turned off. How can she be hard at work obtaining it?

Next question: where are all of these 2 billion and growing datasets stored.

You would need massive server capacity and personnel to manage these.

None of which Invacio seems to have.

AI driven market intelligence. It provides forecasts for financial markets

Here is the claim:

“An expression of Jean’s autonomous machine learning systems, the accuracy of Agnes’s forecasts is currently around 80%, and steadily improving.”

If Agnes really has 80% accuracy for market forecasts? Why the need for an ICO?

Put up 10.000 USD and let Agnes predict your trades for the 30 days and you would be the worlds next billionaire.

So far no proof has been provided by Invacio that Agnes can really predict with an accuracy anywhere near 80%.

In fact other than a few screenshots no proof for the existence of the product has been provided at all.

Dr. Rex Yeap, an academic in IT with experience in hedge fund system, who had a deeper look into Invacios offering had the following to say:

“If it’s Abracadabra type of prediction, then I’ve no expectation. But if somebody wants to claim that they are using AI… and a strange form of AI, ie. multi-agent (which is typically not used for signal predictions) then they need to try a lot harder convince me that it’s not quack science

The lack of journal and scientific references in the INV whitepaper is simply shocking to say the least — lots of claims and some are not convincing at all “

In Invacios own words:

“Tamius is the name of Invacio’s decentralized banking system. Supported by our AI technologies, Tamius integrates both fiat and crypto-currencies into a one perfectly secure multi-channel platform.”

The product was described as 70% complete. This has meanwhile been revised, as there still is a bit of work to do before rollout.

According to an article by Invacio they are currently lacking the following to roll out the product:

    a banking license
    the development of the platform
    inter bank rates.

(and as no evidence has been provided for its existence. probably also the AI…)

The only thing that has been rolled out so far is the Tamius wallet app on android
(iOS has been announced 4 weeks ago, but is still not available on the app store)

This is the only real product that has been launched so far. A zero knowledge email service.

Its not a new product by Invacio. Rather it is a service they bought from a bankrupt company a few years ago. It is claimed they did work on the backend, no proof has been provided, the front end seems unchanged from a few years back.

So there are no real products on the market and at this point no proof has been given that products will be rolled out that are close to what has been promised.
3. Governmental discussions and the UN

As said further above: Invacio claims to be in discussions with the UN and several world goverments

Something that has been pointed out countless times as proof that Invacio is legit is the fact that they had been presenting Invacio at a UN Escap meeting in Bangkok.

Invacio has claimed that they were invited to present to the UN.

This claim, however, is not true.

In fact one of their senior team members> Michael J Aumock, was a member of the UN Escap already due to a position he held with another company before joining Invacio.

As he was already a member of the UN Escap he decided to speak about Invacio at a meeting.

Invacio than used this presentation in all their marketing to claim that they had been invited and featured by the UN, which is a false claim.

It was later claimed that Invacio had been invited a second time to a meeting in Hong Kong. However, no evidence has been provided to support this claim.

Invacio is not listed on the meeting agenda of the UN Asia Pacific Business forum in Hong Kong, and the only evidence that was provided are a visitor pass (that anyone could get at the information desk in exchange for a business card) and a photo in front of an advertisement banner.

Further meetings with world governments that were claimed:

Invacio posted the bottom half of a letter confirming their spot at a blockchain meetup in Kiew, which would also be attended by senior goverment officials, which Invacio could present to within the framework of the conference.

Which does not mean a private 1–1 meeting. For all we know it could be a little booth in the hallway.

In any case it seems as Invacio never went to the Ukraine to attend the conference. No photos were posted from the event on their social media sites (asked for it, they answered it had been forgotten to take photos)

A former team member said that in fact no one had attended the event.

Dear Invacio team: please prove me wrong by providing evidence for attending these meetings.

A picture of their team member Michael Aumock in an office in Thailand was published to prove he was in discussions with the Thai government for their cooperation under the BOI.

For those who dont know: BOI stands for Board of Investment. Any company can try to incorporate under BOI in Thailand to receive tax incentives or no limitations on foreign ownership or foreign employees.

That is no cooperation and no government discussion at all.

So again, there is no evidence for any type of government level discussions.

And since there is also no evidence for any groundbreaking products it also seems difficult to imagine what they would be discussing about at those meetings.
3. 95% price drop from ICO price after listing on exchanges

If all of the claims of groundbreaking products without anything to back them up weren’t enough.

But since launching on exchanges the price has dropped from an ICO selling price of 1$ down to its current value of 0.05$

As always there are several reasons for this.

The first I’d like to present is the choice of exchanges.

During the ICO it was claimed that Invacio would be listed on OKEX and Yobit. This never happened.

According to Invacio Yobit took their money, never listed them and now doesn’t answer their mails.

On OKEX, Invacio doesn’t want to get listed anymore, as they claim Invacio would become a privacy coin later and could be removed.

Which doesn’t make a lot of sense, since INV is not a privacy coin yet and the possible launch of their own blockchain, which might make them a privacy coin is still years away, as they said themselves…

Anyway,  they listed on Bancor instead (no order book) and the price dropped to 30 cents within hours under massive selling pressure.

The second exchange was IDEX, where the selling has continued until today.

Currently the price stands at 0.05 $. down from an ICo price of 1$.

Several reasons have been given by Invacio for this price drop:

– a “divorce” that forced the couple to sell 1.8 million INV token at a loss. They even provided a wallet address and a document proving the purchase.

However, following the wallet it is clear that 1.67 million of these tokens have only been moved to other wallets and havent been sold. The divorce narrative is still used until today.

– following the “divorce sell off” (that never happened) people sold in panic at a loss.

That might be the case for some, but doesnt explain the continued sell off until today.

– bounty hunters and bonus tokens have been sold and created massive selling pressure.

Sure, some might have sold their free token. Even all, but still it doesn’t explain the massive price drop.

No vesting!

We might never know exactly who sold, because Invacio had no vesting for their team and advisors.

Initially it was claimed by the CEO that team members would have a 10month holding period for their tokens. And that the team tokens would be escrowed by a third party. He later changed that at will. Team members and advisors had no lock up period, and no third party escrow has been installed.

No third party audit

There was also no audit conducted by a third party following the ICO that could provide any insights.

Quite the opposite: the CEO himself conducted an audit after the ICO to remove token holders that he deemed fraudulent (mostly former team members that had left or had been removed, depending who you listen to)

What happened to these tokens that were removed? No one knows for sure.

In transparent token distribution

The token distribution started from one wallet, but was than split over several wallets making it very hard to follow if a wallet is a client wallet or a distribution wallet.

This is quite concerning as there is a case of a wallet that received more than 4 million INV which were old sold on exchanges. It was claimed by Invacio this wallet selling was a large client.

However, suspiciously the transfers for this wallet came from both the main distribution wallet and were than sent immediately onto the Bancor exchange. A week later 3,99 million INV were transferred to this wallet by the same wallet that provided the initial funding for Invacios Bancor exchange wallet.
Allegations against the CEO

A former team member has accused the CEO of keeping unsold INV token, as well as privately purchasing token during the ICO using ICO funds. He further accuses the CEO of selling millions of INV from various wallets.

Further he claims the CEO sold roughly 500k USD worth of INV to an investor at 10cents a piece after the ICO had already ended.

There is no hard evidence for these claims, however, considering the massive drop in price and ongoing selling of large amounts of INV tokens even at 5 cents and below, it seems highly likely that insiders are selling tokens they got for free or way below ICO price.

All of these wouldn’t matter so much if Invacio would deliver on their roadmap and launch all of the products they had claimed to have to offer and were said to be ready to roll out.

But since there is no convincing evidence of an existing AI or ready to roll out products it seems highly unlikely that Invacio will be able to deliver on their road map/

There are many more red flags, false claims and outright lies by Invacio, current team members and the CEO himself.

Invacio seems to be a company that used over embellishment and hyped up claims to solicit investment. The lack of transparency and no vesting of team tokens as well as the massive sell off after the ICO suggest that there might be even more fraudulent activities in the making.

In any case whether the company planned to be a scam or turned into one it doesn’t matter to all those people who lost their investment.

For all those who have invested in Invacio and feel they have been scammed. Here is what you can do:

1. Report them at:

The ICO was conducted under a Seychelles company, but the holding company is based in the UK

2. If you paid via credit card or paypal. Check if you received an Invoice from Invacio Holding UK, in this case you might have a chance to receive your money back. As the ICO was conducted under the Seychelles company.

3. Invacio used personal account to get payment for tokens through “Stripe” to avoid taxation
You can report them here:

4. If you have received an email from Invacio Holding UK or William West personally they might have committed a breach of privacy data under GDPR.

You have submitted your privacy details for the ICO, which was conducted under the Seychelles company. The Seychelles company had no prior consent to forward your personal data to Invacio Holding UK or William West personally.

I would welcome further discussions around Invacio and invite the Invacio team to provide hard evidence to prove they actually have a groundbreaking AI and ready to role out products."

A review on Invacio by Dr. Edward A. Gluszak (Telegrami name is Blackbriar in the Invacio group)

    Project Overview

Invacio is a complex of solutions for the development of various industries, built on a multi-agent artificial intelligence system (M.A.S) artificial intelligence using communication, financial technology and Big Data. The goal of Invacio is two-fold, first to rollout intelligent technologies for real-world applications, and second through it’s deployment fuel further research-and-development activities that advance artificial intelligence engineering.

    Development Team

The Invacio Team and their Artificial Intelligence vision, as detailed within the white paper, demonstrates a solid professional business structure that is multi-faceted with depth and expertise well equipped to engage in activities including corporate governance, government liaison, operations, and research and development. The strength of the team profile within the company structure demonstrates the scale of qualified professional depth invested towards the realization of Multi-Agent Artificial Intelligence systems (M.A.S). It is acknowledged very positively that such detailed disclosure only cements their vision, project deliverables and overall confidence within the ICO investment community.

    Artificial Intelligence Technology

The core Invacio’s technology is a ‘perfectly parallel’ autonomous architecture, or Multi-Agent System (M.A.S) Artificial Intelligence known as Jean. In simple terms, Jean can be likened to a popular collective consciousness found in the Stark Trek universe, the Borg, a species that continually assimilates and co-opts data throughout digital space in an effort to solve complex problems and better themselves. Whether in terms of real-time object, pattern or natural language recognition, or the gathering, cataloguing and mass analysis of data (e.g. Invacio’s fintech), or in terms of self-directed learning and emergent properties, M.A.S. presents the cutting edge of AI research.

In a similar fashion to the borg organizational relationships, Jean (i.e. borg Queen) is the collective that controls the hive of multiple specialised interacting intelligent agents (i.e. drones) that can solve problems that are difficult or impossible for individual agents or a monolithic system to solve. These agents share characteristics that include a level of autonomy being partially independent and selfaware, have only localized views (e.g. job specific) and are finally decentralised, never controlling the entire system. Additionally, the M.A.S adaptation can manifest self-organisation as well as selfdirection and other control paradigms and related complex behaviours even when the individual strategies of all their agents are simple. In essence, like the borg, using their collective power of its drones it assimilates information of interest, adapts and further adds that learnt experience or distinctiveness to the system.

On a deeper level the Multi-Agent System can be considered more technically as a hybrid of both second generation (probabilistic & statistical) and third generation (contextual adaptation) Artificial Intelligence Learning systems. Built partially with second generation concepts, it employs artificial neural networks (AAN) that can learn and adapt themselves to different situations when properly trained. This design is highly successful at understanding the world around such as pattern recognition, however limited in logical capacity where they don’t rely on precise rules, but instead they go for the solutions that “work well enough, usually”. Further enhancements using third generation design concepts where the system can now relay on several different statistical models (e.g. Monet Carlo and Markov), extract relevant information from external data sources (e.g. web and technology rich devices) meaning it can reach a more complete understanding of the environment. In this process it can self-educate, identifying common-sense rules, create new dataset relationships, has then potential (though not explicitly revealed) to improve model functionality and develop abstract thinking.

The finer details behind the proprietary AI is not readily known but what can be deduced is that it is fundamentally based on three core components: Deep Learning – Big Data Processing Framework, Self-Learning Computation – the adaptation of dynamic Artificial Neural Network (ANN) predictive models, and Scalable Infrastructure. Deep-learning in this context is tasked to learn multi-level features, to create more abstract high-level understanding that can be easily interpreted and to discover the distributed representation of the data. The Self Learning Computation component is not bound by a specific framework but rather multi-agents interacting dynamically that is built around contextual models giving ability to learn, change (depending on data flow), adapt and evolve over time how the models are best structured. This adaptive learning strategy improves the model through experience, becoming more sophisticated (with each iteration) and reliable to abstract data. Finally the Scalable infrastructure, or the critical-mass to support Jean’s growth as an AI is reliant on nonrestrictive data architecture meaning the ability to create new data structures from all existing information sources.

In summary the Multi-Agent System complex known as Jean is able to learn, adapt and evolve using dynamic predictive models, perceive the world or domain in terms of those models, perform complex reasoning and ultimately make decisions at a higher level. This has tremendous implications in the realm of AI development, and real-world applications that are only limited by human imagination.

PROS: Fully established and tested dynamic M.A.S AI implementation.

CONS: Technical Details of AAI due to proprietary nature.

    Platform Architecture

Invacio’s ecosystem is collective of unique components and interconnected capabilities that is structured from core research and development activities to application deployment. The platform architecture either leverages the full scope of the artificial intelligence dynamically through a variety of platforms that include for example financial technologies (i.e. fintech), social networking and data storage, or as applied solutions and API services for the end user.

4.1.1. Tamius

Tamius, in simple terms is Invacio’s complex of AI driven and integrated crypto-banking solutions. It proposes a new fintech paradigm with a radical shift from a centralised banking system to one that is decentralised thereby effectively returning the power from banker to the end-user, or corporate entity. The Tamius design is purposely built to unite crypto- and fiat currencies in a single secure, user-friendly multi-channel platform that offers all of the expected conventional fiat-banking services such as current/sorting and savings accounts, loans, savings, bonds, investments and trade services.

The Tamius banking architecture, with its proprietary decentralized blockchain provides a seamless approach to fintech services by combining a number of noteworthy innovations from an intuitive currency storage and management app, and a number of integrated functional services. Whatever the client experience level, the interface has been designed to be accessible (i.e. mobile and desktop environments) with simplicity and functionality in mind. It empowers features that will enable easy transactions and subsequent tracking, the ability to use Invacio Coins (INV) for real world purchases, utility token to access internal products, solutions and future projects.

Tamius’s asset management and storage options can be simply divided into two levels: desktop digital wallet app and long-term hard storage. Tamius’s dedicated wallet application (INV Wallet) adopt’s a holistic strategy by providing the user several holding accounts across multiple currencies (both fiat and crypto), each with unique account identification. This integrated concept will ultimately enable the user to conveniently exchange an exhaustive range of currencies, and offers interbank rates of exchange between fiat currencies. Alternatively, for the ardent crypto investor desiring secure storage beyond that offered through traditional hardware wallets will be the future opportunity to access Invacio’s longterm hard storage facility. This crypto-fiat adaptation, which is currently under development by Invacio’s LABs division, will offer the same level of assurance offered by a regulated bank with a secured vault, protected from both the elements and external connectivity.

The debut of the Tamius Card connects your blockchain assets to real world payment platforms. With the integration of INV Wallet, the Tamius card will be well-positioned to serve as a one-stop hub for seamless interaction between the blockchain ecosystem and the real world. It will finally make all crypto funds accessible world-wide from conducting transactions that include e-commerce outlets, real-world point-of-sale (POS) to physical ATM cash withdrawals.

Financial and related communication security utilize both Invacio’s ‘Zero Knowledge’ end-toend encryption, and optional access to the WeNet military grade communications network framework. WeNet does not require the internet infrastructure, nor does it require a mobile network. Instead it uses an innovative Vadgama Blockchain, which is dependent upon the presence of any radio transmission medium to create a stable and portable internet gateway. This particularly useful as it offers completely secure, stable, independent end-to-end encrypted communications systems for voice, video, financial and data communications in areas where there is zero internet connectivity. Additionally, this also it offers an alternative medium to otherwise expensive, commercial, government controlled and heavily surveilled infrastructures.

PROS: All in one crypto-fiat banking platform, Debit-Card & end-to-end encryption networks

CONS: Final Stages of Development.

4.1.2. Invacio Network

An AI-powered social-network, web desktop and relevancy technology that provides all the features of a social network you have come to expect, in addition to Zero-Knowledge encrypted communications and an array of AI and data-driven instruments, indicators and services.

Invacio Network in the simplest of descriptions is an independent social-network, web desktop, and integrated relevancy technology, that provides ‘Zero-Knowledge’ encrypted communications and further draws on all of Invacio’s resources to adapt itself to your online behaviour. Built using Jean’s collective of Artificial Neural Networks and with a variety of behaviour selection algorithms (e.g. Decision/Behaviour trees) she measures a user’s online activity and patterns and through a complicated process abstracts and ultimately anticipates the relevant answers and potential related services within the given search domain.

At the core of the Invacio Network is a uniquely designed AI integrated relevancy-based technology. In this environment, Jean actually takes on the role of super sleuth, constantly searching and analysing underlying historical and real-time data for connections including those that may otherwise appear insignificant to human reasoning. If a user seeks information outside what is available within Invacio’s database then Jean will systematically deploy spider BoT’s that can explore the entire web, including the deep and dark webs, to retrieve that data, interpreting and presenting it for you creating simplicity out of complexity.

Additionally, a number of technical innovations further layer the Invacio Network core, providing both functionality and privacy in one elegant design. Encrypted ‘Zero-Knowledge’ communications systems enable secure audio/video calls, messenger service, and Invmail together with an array of integrated advanced fintech applications within the same environment. Invacio’s commitment towards data protection and privacy is further extended with the ‘burn functionality’. This feature is designed to securely erase all the intrinsic information and meta-data from a user account until it is permanently removed and no longer recoverable.

For every problem there is a solution for every question there is an answer. Invacio Network creates simplicity out of complexity, solving complex problems within data relationships to find clear ways forward and make relevant data talk in a language the user can understand. Built with an intuitive web desktop, combining all the features expected of a social network, but also incorporating an incredible array of AI and data driven instruments, indicators and services it is a powerful agent for your search interests.

PROS: AI driven social-network with encryption and burn functionality, employing spider BoTs and relevancy search analysis technologies.

CONS: None

4.1.3. Aquila

Aquila is an advanced hedge fund platform governed by human equity management. It is a collective of sophisticated proprietary analytical algorithms that utilize the full power of Invacio’s multi-agent system AI, Invacio Data and fintech divisions. Invacio’s AI autonomously roams throughout the digital space scanning and assimilating organized historic and real-time data (i.e. Big Data) using a search-and-track suite of natural-language and sentiment-analytic technologies (deriving the attitude and tone expressed) for tell-tale traces of the best opportunities in any market. Aquila’s adaptive design continually learns and evolves, responding swiftly to changes in market behaviour. The combination of AI and industry professionals interpreting the intelligence being produced and executing investments (imposing proven equity management controls) with perfect timing is a synergy of advanced capability that is second to none.

The Aquila collective consists of three independent fintech sub-divisions, known as Agnes, Archimedes and Tomahawk to harvest the limitless flow of information from both public and proprietary databases to produce actionable intelligence.

Agnes is an AI-driven fintech solution monitoring top tier stocks and also major currency pairs from all the major trading exchanges (e.g. NYSE, Nikkei and NASDAQ). She offers a layer of analysis and forecasting capability through market intelligence and entry signals such as market sentiment scores, probability indicators, and predicted End of Period prices, enabling users to quickly identify the day’s best trading options and pre-empt market movements, regardless of the market being targeted. At her core she encompasses a self-correcting algorithm using multiple deep learning and machine learning technologies making her responsive to changes in sentiment throughout the entire expanse of news, information and social media services anticipating market movements.

Archimedes is the experimental human/AI hybrid hedge fund designed as a testing ground for the refinement of the interaction between real world information and certain features of Invacio’s fintech. Built initially as a reactive trading BoT assimilating information found in market feeds and social media throughout the digital space, it primarily applied selfgenerating Markov Models (describing a sequence of possible events in which the probability of each event depends only on the state attained in the previous event) by sentiment analysis. It has naturally evolved applying itself to all the major markets including Commodities, Equities, and Foreign Exchange (Forex) and has further integrated key elements from the M.A.S short and long term predictive system. Though only a tiny part of Invacio’s fintech division, Archimedes has become a formidable technology, and a successful test will result in its being fully incorporated into Aquila.

Tomahawk is long range trading options system driven by M.A.S AI making predictions of future values over a year in advance allowing access to a lower risk long term hedge fund to all regardless of net worth. It essentially relies on a five component strategy to select deals with the highest probability of profit, which are processed by AI: market choice, market direction, timing, volatility, prices. Managing these five components both simultaneously and relentlessly in all markets selling options enables the system to choose the best deals for any given week or month.

PROS: Integration of M.A.S, Data and fintech divisions using stochastic and sentiment models.

CONS: Archimedes is currently undergoing audit for public release or integration with Aquila.

4.1.4. Invmail

Invmail is a Zero-Knowledge, end-to-end encrypted email service that is founded on the guiding principle that privacy and security of personal information are universal values which cross borders.

Messages that are stored on Invmail servers are encrypted format. They are also transmitted in encrypted format between our servers and user devices. Messages between Invmail users are also transmitted in encrypted form within our secure server network. Because data is encrypted at all steps, the risk of message interception is largely eliminated.

Invmail’s Zero-Knowledge architecture means that your data (e.g. file size, contents and metadata) is encrypted in a way that makes it inaccessible. Data is encrypted on the client side using an encryption key that you alone have access too. This means that Invacio does not have the technical ability to decrypt your messages, and as a result, are unable to hand your data over to third parties. With Invmail, privacy isn’t just a promise, it is mathematically ensured. For this reason, there is no option available to perform data recovery should the account holder loose either password or encryption key.

Communication using Zero-Knowledge architecture is further complimented with the addition of burn-functionality. This means that messages can be instantly deleted irretrievably, and even the pathways used for their storage repeatedly overwritten, obliterating every trace of the exchange. After choosing to burn, the systems these communications are channelled through retain no record of the information that has passed through them.

Open Source Cryptography using time-tested and trusted encryption algorithms is an essential ingredient to demonstrate trust. By using open source libraries, it is guaranteed that the encryption algorithms implemented do not have clandestinely built in back doors. Invmail’s open source software has been thoroughly vetted by security experts from around the world to ensure the highest levels of protection.

PROS: High fidelity encryption protocol and ‘burn’ functionality.

CONS: None

4.2. Project Solutions

4.2.1. Invacio Data

Invacio Data is a massive resource of streaming, historic and proprietary data that extends the expanse of the digital realm and is enriched by the AI’s dedicated and exploratory analytical work.

Because of Invacios’s AI, her entire collective is constantly learning and assimilating the limitless expanse of available raw data from databases and non-database sources, including the deep web, data-mining from data rich technologies (e.g. weather-station and satellite feeds) within the entire digital realm to create a highly organised real-time and historic data structure. Using natural language comprehension and sentiment-analysis algorithms this diverse array of material is transformed into valuable and actionable information.

The world of today is one rich data resource and Invacio’s AI’s omnipresence in this digital space has introduced a new order of understanding, identifying correlations to data interactions unrecognizable to human perception. Such complex relationships between different physical data (i.e. constitutive relations) from weather data to market movements, previously unknown are now being connected into new exploitable datasets. The flow of these datasets feed Jean’s development and senses through a perpetual cycle of self-improvement and potentially the creation of new meaningful dataset structures. Ultimately, this mass data collection and analytical work building data structures within datasets is what makes Invacio Data second to none.

Invacio Data caters for individuals to companies with all manner of data, correlation and analytical services in any conceivable area or discipline. If there is a spectrum of data somewhere Invacio should have it, and where a database does not exist Invacio’s AI will attempt to determine and generate it.

PROS: Advanced proprietary database and search capability.

CONS: None

4.2.2. Invacio API

Invacio Application Programmers Interface (API) offers developers unique access to isolated key analytical and functional components present within the framework of the advanced artificial intelligence.

The enormous range of API’s that is currently available cannot easily be overstated, with adaptable real-world applications that include some noteworthy utilities such as Media Analysis and Communication and Interpretative Analysis combined with machine learning capabilities.

Media Analysis APIs provide unrestricted access to both raw and analysed media-content and the ability to recognize a variety of properties that include objects, establish identities (meaning to put names to faces), approximate biometrics such as height and weight, specify gender, and can even evaluate and track emotional states.

Communication Interpretation APIs introduce a new level of analytical capability that can identify, interpret and extract both written and spoken (i.e. Voice Recognition) language. These extracted datasets can then be subject to a further cycle of sentiment-analysis, sensing the tone of the language (e.g. sarcasm or irony) which in economic terms can drastically affect sensitive markets.

Such API components in combination to intrinsic self-correcting algorithms using multiple deep and machine learning technologies further refines these key capabilities to act more efficiently in both static and dynamic environments. With Invacio’s enormous library of unique API resources for real-world applications, the impossible and complex becomes simply the possible.

PROS: M.A.S API resources, technologies and adaptability.

CONS: None

4.2.3. Alise

Alise is a unique analytical solution that enables an in-depth analysis of all on-line data relevant to a designated organization or product. In a similar manner to Invacio Network, Jean can deploy spider-bots (i.e. borg probes) throughout web, deep-web and Invacio Data drawing and analysing all relevant data associations and returning the results into interactive charts and reports. This diagnostic approach enables detection of potential problems by evaluating digital based public opinion metrics, and there the opportunity to restructure and better adapt to the market. Similarly, it also permits the opportunity to evaluate performance and standing of the competition.

Technically, Alise is able to sense complex social interactions within the digital space using sentiment analysis and real time natural language comprehension (e.g. written and spoken) that can impact a business or product within the market. The wide range of available information sources means that is able recognize changes in market conditions through historical and real-time data that include analyst reviews, social media commentary, financials, industry-specific trends, and extending its reach into the web and deep-web to retrieve all data relevant to a company or product.

In summary Alise represents an invaluable insight and significant advantage in intelligence gathering and understanding market-based opinion metrics relevant to a delivered product or service. It’s relevance in further evaluating real-time and long-term investment interests and directed market strategies is an important addition to any investment portfolio.

PROS: Public Opinion Metric review and Analysis.

CONS: None

4.2.4. Security

Invacio Security is a powerful synergy of artificial intelligence, machine learning and dataanalytic technologies focused on creating original intelligence and cyber-security solutions.

Built on the foundation of Invacio’s Multi-Agent System (M.A.S) it maintains an intelligence watch, autonomously and relentlessly sweeping through the entire digital expanse applying visual, auditory, and natural language recognition algorithms from streaming media to the vast global reach of CCTV and satellite surveillance networks. Intelligence information from as small as a recognisable word, a voice profile to a visual appearance that connect a person or group can be automatically flagged for further tracking. The system with its search-and-seek style algorithm assimilates and analyses all available data sources from the web, deep-web and data-rich technologies and through Invacio Network and Data is able to identify, locate and track targets of interest.

Using Invacio’s deep- and machine-learning technology coupled with behavioural modelling strategies, enormous amounts of raw data is associated and clustered into new datasets revealing patterns and relationships previously unknown. From these new datasets customisable APIs enable such details as identities and locations to be established, biometrics (e.g. height, weight and gender), facial recognition and emotional states evaluated and tracked, to even conversations processed in real-time using sentiment analysis.

Invacio Security has created an omnipresent technology, interfacing to real-world environments that monitors and adapts quickly to evolving security and intelligence threats. Such capabilities can dramatically enhance borderless law and order on a global scale, however it does exhibit a clear and present danger if perverted by state- or privately operated security intelligence organizations. Hence, important operational guidelines and accountability must be in place in order to ensure transparency and responsible application.

PROS: M.A.S Intelligence gathering and Analysis capability.

CONS: Privacy concerns and misuse without clear legislative policy and guidelines.

4.3. Subdivisions

4.3.1. Invacio Labs

Invacio Labs is an independent research and development institute and think tank, that primarily focuses on artificial intelligence design and engineering, applied-technologies and secondary applications within politics and business. As such the Invacio Labs cutting-edge technology development is structured into two divisions, Applied AI and Invacio Research.

The Applied AI Division, lead by the founder William West, closely examines the performance of the core multi-agent system Artificial Intelligence, and associated fintech and non-fintech related technologies within the public and private domains. Whether investigating applications of blockchain technology, creating new APIs or developing the technical, statistical and analytical tools used elsewhere by Invacio, the Applied division is the engine room of Invacio’s Research division.

Invacio’s Internal Research Division a front-runner in artificial intelligence and dataset engineering is where original ideas are conceived, researched and eventually applied. As with all human developed systems and data stores, there are always temporary gaps and limitations that can discovered through each iteration. It is this fundamental recognition that drives Internal Research to discover ways to help the AI overcome any expressive limitations and determine what relevant information would be beneficial for Jean to recognize a need to revise her assumptions.

Conversely, Invacio Lab’s External Research operates almost entirely as a think-tank, performing research and advocacy activities concerning topics such as political strategy, economics and technology. Using an unconventional approach without a reliance on the use of favourite or ideological theoretical models or data structures (that may otherwise confine original thought), to determine meaningful results, only informative structures are adopted that align with the nature of scientific investigation. In this environment the AI-driven natural language and statistical analysis technologies being so sensitive to public sentiment in the digital world is instrumental in monitoring, analysing and forecasting shifts in public opinion. Additionally, it has the ability to analyse potential benefits and risks of policy implementation in new areas based on the performance and opinion analyses of previous similar projects. Ultimately, this extraordinarily powerful instrument has the capability to provide new perspectives and intelligence for individuals or corporate entities desiring perfection in their activities, to refining government and economic policies in a dynamic world.

    Road Map

The Invacio project road map is a quite detailed step-by-step development strategy with progress status (since white-paper listing) and expected roll-out dates that is quite ambitious given the scale of products under development. It also evident that some of the products and solutions are being developed in parallel at their final stages (e.g. front-end interface & billing systems) which is not a difficult task but can potentially negatively impact the overall platform delivery. The absence of a strict product and solution development timelines, including potentially an active completion status indicator (web-linked) does raise some concern given the technical enormity.

PROS: Detailed step-by-step synopsis of development strategy.

CONS: Absence of active web-based progress indicator.

    Communication and Support

Invacio demonstrates a well planned and executed strategy towards community knowledge and awareness with a distributed focus not only on the individual private investor but also the corporate and government investment community. Marketing has delivered a solid effort to gain traction and acceptance of the revolutionary M.A.S within the global community through strategic awareness through the use of mass media and attendances at reputable conferences.

Invacio’s website is well structured providing an informative overview utilizing both textual and streaming video content detailing the entire platform from the company and business details, engineered products leveraging the AI, press releases, legal to links to active social media. However, despite the detailed nature of the website there is some presence of unstructured and repetitive information that can be a little confusing. In terms of social media presence, the Invacio team is consistently active, discussing all matter of topics and updating regularly via various popular services such as Twitter, Telegram, Medium, Slack, LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub, Crunchbase, BitcoinTalk and YouTube.

Invacio’s approach towards effective communication and support of the platform throughout the investment community is model of professionalism and dedication, showcasing the very best of human endeavour towards a vision that is second to none.

PROS: Extensive online/offline communication and support infrastructure

CONS: None.

Invacio’s ground breaking Multi-Agent System AI (Jean) is a masterpiece of technical complexity, elegance and human ingenuity that brings forth the future of integrated artificial intelligence in to the world of today. The team’s achievements to date have already demonstrated outstanding performance in live tests that have run the whole range of products and services, from ‘ZeroKnowledge’ end-to-end encrypted communications, ground-breaking data repository and fintech offerings, to TAMIUS, the revolutionary decentralized blockchain banking system that underlies cryptocurrency. It clear that some of Invacio’s offerings are in the final stages of development and coupled with the technical enormity in delivering the entire range within the development time-line may yet still prove to be challenging. Invacio represents the beginning of a Michelangelo style renaissance of artificial intelligence engineering and technology integration in real-world applications that will undoubtedly spur further future development.

Thank you for the review of this project,  this is what we really need in the space and not people coming to the forum to shill a project that they own in order to scam investors of their earnings, we wish to see more of this, and I am very sure you would see a lot of members of this community ready to donate to you in order to make this research better, because I believe everybody should be paid for their time spent.

Pretty sure they have released over a dozen products.

Oh, yep, some of them just from their website.

Favorite has to be Lucid, uncovered a Ponzi recently and information supplied to the FBI.

Also, work with Universities.

Dozen of crappy non blockchain products - after raising millions promising blockchain related products. For those new to this project, read their seemingly impressive (but highly defective) ICO whitepaper, Invacio ICO Whitepaper (dated 24 Feb 2018): https://is. gd/6qG0Vi - remove the space between is. gd

Lucid is an interesting special effects (Clover calls it After Effects, which is also apt) system with zero deception detection capabilities - the current team has unwittingly leaked evidence that allows me to scientifically prove that Lucid deception detection capabilities is fake and I'm more than pleased to be somebody's expert witness when you sue Invacio for defamation/fraud/deception/etc and I will produce my proof (with journal publications) showing that Lucid deception detection system is fake. Perhaps Invacio will engage their own expert witness (Dr. Edward A Gluszak aka blackbriar in Telegram) and let's see Science and truth will be on who's side.

In summary, more fraud from the current Invacio team.

Is this an ico which has already claimed raised half of billions dollars? I just heard about the rumor of this shitty ico but it looks like that's a true story. Look at those domains and they are fake. This is a ponzi and i was seeing from its twitter says it has surpassed nasdag and what a joke.

Is this an ico which has already claimed raised half of billions dollars? I just heard about the rumor of this shitty ico but it looks like that's a true story. Look at those domains and they are fake. This is a ponzi and i was seeing from its twitter says it has surpassed nasdag and what a joke.

The fake $500 million investment was busted in this youtube video (among other busts):

I hope you wrote billions instead of millions.

I mean this is obviously ponzi and even there are lots of greedy people, it is impossible for them to raise half of billions dollars.

24.04.2019 20:44:02, Laurel & Hardy [@LH03330323402r049r94]: As to the remark about this "being my community" and the tone taken.

This tone was taken as we have already been attacked in the past as a result of poorly worded / understood announcments.

Saying we "had confirmation for Binance/Bittrex would be a complete missrepresentation, for one we made it abundantly clear during that period we had 0 intention of listing on Binance due to privacy constraints this was only resolved when we moved ops for Invmail from outside the EU zone, as such we applied and we are waiting, we've never stated we had been accepted (in public) though have had discussions with Binance related people, also scammers pretending to be Binance people which has only ever been discussed in private groups.

The same for Bittrex, we've never said we'd agreed listing, in fact i do not believe we even stated we'd applied, though i could be wrong on the second part (applied).

I say "we" in the past tense as this brings me on to the next part.

I have made it abundantly clear i am no longer actively involved with Invacio and its day to day operations, truth be told, i have visited its site(s) 3 times in this month, 6 times last month.

I am the Founder (Group) though again non-active, and reluctantly the person who appears to be the face due to the depths i am in debt with the project whilst all others have dissappeared with their riches or onto pastures green.

I stepped away, and made it abundantly clear that 'i' refuse to allocate any more intellectual ideas to Invacio Group, or any of its subsidaries.

You have been given technologies as promised, there will not be anymore from me, these were delivered, you have two more technology offerings coming in Veritas and API, that is it from me, more importantly my commitments have been honoured, and Invacio Group honours its contractual agreements to Invacio AAP Holdings for technology provisions, even if the unlikely event the company is sold or broken apart for its IP, these contractual commitments to Invacio AAP Holdings will be honoured and will continue to serve those products as outlined and committed to.

As to the future of the INV project, i will speak frankly, if INV can not gain grassroots movement from its token-holders then it will never survive, you have more products than any other project out there hitting multiple market segments, you also have one of the lowest cap tokens in the market for such an array of offerings and yet there is just a few active people talking about the project.

As to my position - I hang around here as i am still accumulating INV, I believe it has a place and stand from the side(s) supporting it, i also do own 2xxk INV from my team tokens, which i'd burn if i would see any benefit, but i also believe i earned those tokens, and its the little i have recieved for all my commitments that have been honoured.

Invacio AAP Holdings? - What next, Invacio AAP Holdings has a contractual agreement to provide utility and products from Invacio's technologies, it has done this, and these remain active, and will continue to do so with the last two products releasing shortly.

Marketing as mentioned many times, Invacio AAP Holdings committed to 14% of realised, it records show it spent well over 1m USD in crypto during the coinsale which amounts to more than four times the unrealised crypto funds that are currently sat tethered, if those funds rise on the markets then i am sure that is to be re-addressed but it won't be anytime soon.

I truly hope (for my sake financially and others) that INV is able to rise, and that people talk about the merrits of the project, but i am not leading that charge but encouraging it, i am not running Invacio AAP Holdings, it has governing rules to follow and has followed it, delivering on its promises.
