EOS Holders, do you earn staking rewards from DPOS of it?

Hello, i am personally not an EOS fans so i never really go deep on the infrastructure of it
I do staked some EOS for the reason that i need to use the DAPP which requires RAM and CPU

However, i am wondering on
Do you people vote on delegates and get some reward from it?
I tried google but i didn't really find much information on this

Kindly clarify if you've vote for any top 21 block producers and get back staking rewards

Stakemine is totally not worth your time. There are videos about it on youtube.
If I remember, you'd have to stake 30,000 EOS to earn a hundredth of EOS per day or something.

Yeah i also saw this
Else i guess leasing EOS to chintai should work but that isn't really staking from what i seen
So kinda confused whether the EOS DPOS work
