John McAfee has doubled down on his bitcoin price prediction, a cool million per coin


John McAfee has been really bold when it comes to predicting the price of bitcoin, claiming that each unit of the cryptocurrency will be worth $1 million by the end of 2020.

The cybersecurity expert had first said in July 2017 that one bitcoin would be worth $500,000 by the end of 2020. If that didn’t happen, he promised that he’ll do something that none of us probably want to see.

But it looks like last year’s crypto bear market hasn’t injected any fear into McAfee’s soul that he might have to live up to his words. He is sticking to his million dollar prediction despite the volatility.

In one of his latest tweets, McAfee claims that it is “mathematically impossible” that one BTC will be less than $1 million “by the end of 2020.”

This guy has become a troll nowadays. I trusted him at first but then he started shilling coins and ICO for personal profits. He was running the biggest pump and dump scheme. Gladly that ended. Now he wants people to invest heavily in bitcoin by his a million dollar prediction. It is impossible for btc to reach a million dollar in a year. Maths doesn't say it neither the charts.

In the last bull market btc made a x100 increase from $200 to $20k. According to mcAffee it'll to a x300 increase from $31xx to $1m.

10 years from now, there is a possibility for it to hit $1m but I don't see it happening in 2020 or 2021. We are more than lucky if we see any price above $100k in 2021.

How I'd love for him to be right on this one, and I know I would be in good company but this is a delusional prediction, and that is putting it as kindly as I can.

Now he wants people to invest heavily in bitcoin by his a million dollar prediction.

Sort of reminds me of precious metals shills like Peter Schiff and Robert Kiyosaki, always telling the gullible masses to invest in gold or silver and making wild price predictions (that never come true).  McAfee is stupid for tweeting this, as it seriously damages his credibility.

I dont have doubt on competency of bitcoins as an asset for valuation, but i do  have doubts on every statement of the retired business shriller John.
His every statement has his greed which you can measure if you have invested in any of the icos shilled by him, to every ico he will say i trust them and they are my old friends , and after the dump we never see Mr John backing his words.

Back in the 2000's most business offices used McAfee Antivirus, and it was a well-known brand. So at first when I Started to hear about McAfee I took him seriously.

However the way he acts on Twitter and him posting about eating himself on Public television is proof why you shouldn't take him seriously.

You need to realise that he obviously will not do that to himself and will just wealze his way out of it some way. Or it will be some computer generated graphic magic trick.

So if people are buying bitcoin because of his "analysis" they deserve to lose money since its a pretty bad way to manage your money.

He likes to be in the news all the time but he never said he is Satoshi, but he tweeted he knew the group who created it and the reason for Bitcoin SV being delisted in some of the exchanges is because of the war of words with Craig Wright who is leading the development of SV and Binance already started the process with Kraken following that path along with shape shift. When it comes to the valuation of bitcoin, it is too high of a valuation to attain in a small period of time and McAfee might be eating his dick for that matter  .

We really needs billions of billions of dollars in the market that will push the market cap and obviously the price. John McAfee shouldn't be used as a credible source. My opinion is that the halving isn't priced in yet and we might break ATH in 2020 but we're a long way from reaching $1M.
