I think there is no point on creating a thread like this, this section (bitcoin discussion)  is all about the ideas you have  mentioned except for mining which has a different thread. Just read thru this section and you can find topics related to BTC.

How to get bitcoins  -> I believe it should be at the beginner and helps board
issues related to mining -> Mining has its own board to share, so it does not belong to this board
How to  invest  bitcoins-> it depends on what kind of investment you are going to share but I'm sure anything related to investment does not belong to this board.
the market situations of the current bitcoin -> if the discussion leads to some speculation or prediction of the price then it should belong to Speculation board or Trading discussion board.

As you are a newbie you can slowly learn what to post in this forum, and yes when it comes to trading ou need to research on your own to get a clear idea. Try checking others thread and learn accordingly, someday you will become an expert. Also mining has a separate section kindly check it.

@OP ~ Or if you don't want to make a thread of yours on such board because you are afraid of experiencing criticisms from the veterans and veteran wannabes out there then I think the least thing you can do is to start first with your local board. Start from the bottom first and share what you know on your fellow countrymen, for sure that your work would be much appreciated there compare in the international boards.

As much possible it should be unique ideas. Discussions that are not yet still available at the moment. If you have information that could lead to Bitcoin's growth should probably be shared here. In your statement above, most of them are already discussed and some are just repeated because old threads are being covered with new.

If you explore more in this forum you will find that there are different boards that are within your suggestion. Different topics belong to different boards that's why not all that you said should be put in this board.
