They also have offered me the same campaign to manage (CCuniverse) in which I have respectfully declined.

I have interacted with the guys at ventmode. They also do not pay well and also not in BTC. So this post not only belongs in the Altcoin section, I think a proper investigation should be launched against the group that should throw some light into the degree of their involvement with shady projects like CCuniverse.

So I believe it is much ignored project which may scam the investors and bounty participants. If they still wish to launch the project in a legit way, they must come up with good manager and escrow to handle for them.
If they not filled out the payment on their last project, then we must ignore them and stay outside.

Same owners with just a brand new project name and wants to launch the project in a legit way? No way!

Hiring a popular or good bounty manager will make them looks legit but chances that it will just be used as a cover-up. After all, I doubt someone popular will accept the work even the owners will offer a decent salary.

That's what I had talked the OP. He said to me it's an IEO. I checked the website and there, it says ICO. Then I asked OP to check the thread in scam accusation, he said everything was solved. My reply was-
"But not the DEV.  "
