I used to believe yahoo62278 as one of the best campaign manager. Unless this thread popped up, I would never have look on the participant of bustadice campaign.

Check post from one of the bustadice sig promotor-
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1059850;sa=showPosts

Posting some garbages but accepted by Yahoo62278, one of the best campaign manager? Sorry yahoo62278, I still have respect for you as a forum member but TBH, as a campaign manager, I don't think you are one of the best.

Some quoted posts-

In response to preferred altcoin-
I always recommend here in forum the alts that very cheap price in market like do invest in this then if they run for so long here in crypto and if the alts is new i think invest some only in this still better to study this until you risk in this like you need to look if this have potential to grow like the team or developer of this alts is really active,Moreover market is unpredictable so listen in some users here ideas but don't rely all in this like better to do your own research

In response to gambling with your parents-
Base in your experience that really bad about gambling i think the lesson in this is even the illegal age already like your dad gamble this can turn not good like his own family leave him because of gambling so in my opinion i think better to have knowledge about possible things that can really to you like the bad about that so you can avoid that then always think to not turn addict like always think about future

You found one user in one of Yahoo's campaigns who's posts you don't like, so Yahoo isn't a good manager?  That's quite a stretch.

Yahoo has proven himself to be one of the better mangers here.  Besides, the posts of that user you referenced aren't even that bad.  I've seen much worse shitposts in paid campaigns.

Say as you like but projects managed by Yahoo have better success rate and lowest spamming when compared to other managers.

I haven’t had much contact with yahoo myself but he’s highly respected on the forum by some top posters & has a good trust score so that’s good enough for me to be honest.

He’s the fucking least of any issues on this forum.

Keep up the good work yahoo.

I didn't look into any other of his campaign, nevertheless, when you talk against forum spam, you must have acted on that first.
I guess you assume the bounty reports as posts too if you think these posts aren't even that bad.
This will not be only one case, I bet I can find some more these types shitposter in his campaign.

OP, participant selection is just one criterion of a good campaign manager, and obviously Yahoo62278 may have goofed on that one.  Now that you stuck that guy out, maybe he'll be removed.  That would actually give me a good laugh, and after taking a look at christian07's post, it looks like I already had him on ignore.  So yep, total shitposter.

There are other criteria for judging a campaign manager's performance, however.  Keeping the books straight, paying out on time and accurately, solving problems that pop up, etc., all go into the equation.  I've been in one of Yahoo62278's campaigns, and I will tell you from experience that he is excellent as a manager.  I don't think I ever had any problems in the campaign, nor did I hear complaints from any of the other participants.

He’s the fucking least of any issues on this forum.
Hear, hear.  Even if this non-issue needed its own thread, the evidence OP provided is laughably insufficient.

Yahoo being one of the best campaign manager ?LOL

The only diffrence between him and the other is that he is in favour of some high ranked member which returns this favour always having a spot for them on high paid campaigns.

Sorry yahoo62278, I still have respect for you as a forum member but TBH, as a campaign manager, I don't think you are one of the best.

You could have just PMed this info to yahoo instead of stirring up drama. Keeping the forum clean is your responsibility too, not just moderators or campaign managers.

Which ones?

Don't leave it at that, come on! We need some more information to be riled up and targets to be placed upon users that are part of the Cult of Bitcointalk!

He pays for posts in spam megathreads which is pretty dumb imo but for the most part he's a pretty good manager. I'm not too sure how much control he really has over participants in some campaigns. I know at one point in 2016 it was the owner of Bitsler who chose most/all of the campaign members, and I believe they chose to give a few slots to those who played a lot on their site. My guess is that it still is the case because there's people like:

emberbekas (0 earned merit, generic megathread posts, but is a mod on Bitsler)
BTCevo (8 earned merit, generic megathread posts, but has 36BTC wagered and 1.59BTC lost on Bitsler)

However, I'm just speculating based on a PM I got from him back in 2016, so don't take this as fact.

Correct, the owners have some choice in some slots being filled as long as the users are not total spammers.

It's undeniable fact that yahoo62278 is doing each of his campaign management job in praiseworthy way, other than accepting shitposters. It's not the only one, there's some more probably if you really consider destructive and repetitive post (counted as spam) as criteria for kicking out a participant.

You could have just PMed this info to yahoo instead of stirring up drama. Keeping the forum clean is your responsibility too, not just moderators or campaign managers.
I didn't say it. I too sometime report spam posts.

Seems OP acting like advocates, just noticed from posting behaviour. After long time OP just remind me about digaran. However, even if you not consider him as a best manager but he is not bad at all. May be he made few mistakes regarding few users selection or count spam post. But it doesn't mean he is bad. Regarding selection, sometimes signature authority/team like to keep their role during selection of campaign participants. Since they are paying managers can't prevent them in my opinions. And it true, our nature is highlighte bad job. No one would like to say congratulations for good job.

I believe he is a suspect campaign manager. I am waiting to see if he would help push a site like yobit on members here.

I would not use him for any campaigns. I notice he supports the actions of liars and scammers. He also accuses those that highlights those observable instances of wrong doing as trolls.

So would avoid.

Of course he would. He would get Yobit to pay a better price (i guess the highest current price on bitcointalk) for high ranked members which would need to post signigicantly less and would add all his buddies and supporters into the campaign.

Why do you think he added himself as possible campaign manager of yobit and if these high ranked members would support it ? LOL
Would Yobit go with Yahoo you can trust me noone would even make a single post about low ranked members posting 20 posts per day as long as they get their cut.

For the record, I have joined YoBit in the past and I have also participated in ONE of yahoo's campaigns. That is all relevant information that you can use against me in ad-hominem attacks if you so choose.

I support the existence of a competent manager overseeing the YoBit campaign. I do not support YoBit. I do not support spam. It doesn't even matter if it's not yahoo that's managing the campaign. What did matter is that without a manager, YoBit would have caused an extreme amount of spam to proliferate upon the forum.

None of the users that genuinely care about the forum would want that.

Any manager that pays out on time, ensures that the participants will get paid for the work they do as well as ensuring the quality of posts is a good manager in my book. I'm yet to see any botched campaign from Yahoo or questionable decisions made by them and I can say that I have a lot of respect for the way they handle themselves.

I've had several people in my campaigns that are excellent posters but every now and then they feel the need to hit the maximum quota and starts spitting out one liners, which I could have never known about beforehand. What I'm trying to say is that managers have to trust their participants just as much as they have to trust the manager, it's not always a simple case of poor judgement.
