Is cobinhood a real no fee excahnge?

I saw this today :


How exchange like cobinhood earns if there is no fee there?
Dont you think it can lead to own pumpnby coin creators as there is fees involved in trading.
I think because of the 2nd reason the Coinmarketcap has not included this exchange volume and price in the final tickler.
What you think guys this beheviour is appreciated??
I know free trade is good in terms of diversity but it can easily be abused.

How exchange like cobinhood earns if there is no fee there?

1. Listing fees
2. Withdrawal fees
3. Team holds a certain number of COB tokens which they will be selling periodically( please note that they don't burn tokens like binance, they own them then they gradually release them into the circulating supply through selling them.
4. It's both ICO funded and Venture capital funded on the equity side.
