Banned for something i did in the past being a newbie (Plagiarism)
Mailed several times to the email that was mentioned along with ban notice(as it was mentioned that i might have a considerable chance) and it has been now around 2 months and no reply , so i consider that it's now an end and won't get the previous account back.
I wanted to know if it's allowed to start from the beginning and create a new account.
*This account was created after few days for unban appeal.

No. That would be ban evasion.

You (as a person) is permabanned from this forum. This means that you can't keep using the forum from another account.

The person is banned, not just the account. If you were banned then you're not allowed to post anywhere with any other account. The only exception is posting on Meta for a ban appeal.

If you post anywhere else using this or any other account then it's ban evasion and your new account will be banned too.

Theymos will sometimes allow someone who is banned to return under a new account. If you were actually banned for plagiarism, your chances are slim, but if you can show a genuine interest in bitcoin theymos might allow you to return.

In the meantime, until you receive permission(you may not ever receive permission), you can read threads in the forum but cannot post. If theymos doesn’t approve you to return under a new account now, I would suggest asking again in a few months, and you can continue to follow this pattern.

If you evade your ban and return to posting without permission, you will eventually get banned for ban evasion and will be much less likely to be allowed to return.

I do agree with all the posts above, but let's be more honest to say this "No one leaves this forum for real".
The majority (maybe all) of banned users restart from zero by creating a new account (maybe more) in case of they don't already have non-proven ALTs.
Thanks to merit system, which made it difficult for shitters to come back spamming the forum. For those having good posting quality, it's just a matter of time to prove the connection between his ALTs.

Am not encouraging anybody to evade the ban once happens, but this the truth and everybody knows this.

According to the evidence that your main account has been banned for plagiarism, even this thread is considering as a valid self-proven ban evasion, and your account should be also banned.

Yeah you're right but the scammers are still there kicking and that's so sad. We still don't have a very effective solution to prevent scammers entering here inside aside from reporting it once he's done committing such bad action. If only theymos had the ability to read the minds of all members and know their intentions for entering here then this forum will be purely clean (I guess I really need to stop watching sci-fi movies).

Officially, when you get banned, irrespective of what your offense was, you're no longer welcomed in the forum especially after appealing your case with a newly created alt account, posting outside your appeal thread will be considered ban evasion (and your new account will get banned too). Although unofficially the forum doesn't care if you start a fresh especially if you don't associate yourself with your pass record and don't commit new offense, if the forum did care then they would had prohibited having more than one account in the first place.

Merit system can’t stop newbies from spamming, and its happening now where a lot of newbies are just trolling around behind their real account to attack DT’s or anyone.

If you got banned try not to come again because you are no longer deserving in this forum, you made a costly mistake not reading the rules and it looks like you already admitted it. But in reality some users are still evading it, and that can’t be fully control.

Rules have been created to be implemented, and if they do not, chaos will prevail.
My personal advice:
If you do not know that you were making a mistake "Not know about Bitcointalk rules," please read the rules and then try to learn from this forum, no one has the right to prevent you from anything but rules must be enforced.
But if you want to continue spamming or plagiarism, this is not the place.

Bitcoin Talk has to take a hard line on plagiarism. There is a major attack on the freedom of speech on the Internet at the moment. This means that forums and content hosters have to be especially careful, and take a hard line to avoid legal and other actions.

From a moral point of view, plagiarism is theft, and it is completely unnecessary . You will gain just as much credit by finding a good article, quoting a part of it, and providing a credit an a link. It also gives you a chance to add your own opinion. Take care though, the EU is trying to ban quoting and linking, but hopefully they won't have any success.

It seems that you are out of luck OP. The forum rules #25  clearly stated that

25. Ban evasion (using or creating accounts while one of your accounts is banned) is not allowed.[e]

. So, there is no reason for you at all to stay in this forum.

But, you can join other forum as well OP. There are other forums already running same as bitcointalk or even copy bitcointalk but not much popular like bitcointalk.org forum.

You are not allowed to post and participate in discussions anymore. But you don't need an account to read the topics that you are interested in. If you create another account you will get banned again because you are evading a ban.
