If we analyze technical characteristics of GTX 1650, we can draw the following conclusions:
• video memory system performance on the GTX1650 is higher than that of the GTX1050Ti by 14% and lower by 70% than GTX1060 3/6 Gb;
• computational power of the new GTX1650 core is higher than that of the GTX1050Ti by 39% and lower by 32/46% than GTX1060 3/6 Gb.

When mining on popular algorithms with MSI Afterburner (downvolting to about 800 mV and overclocking of the Core plus 100 MHz) it must give:
• Ethash - 16 mh/s;
• Zhash - 25 ​​sol/s;
• X16r - 9 mh/s;
• X16rt - 8 mh/s.
GTX1650Ti differs from the trimmed GTX 1650 by an increased number of shaders and texture units. When mining on the kernel-demanding x16-family of algorithms, this should give a performance increase up to 18%. While Ethash mining the increase will be about 5-10%.

GTX1650Ti is not available at the moment on the market. I think that performance of GTX1650 is not so good for mining at the moment. A significant disadvantage of the new GTX 1650 series of cards is the use of outdated Nvidia Encoder units. In addition, these models don't support VR-technology and they don't have RT and tensor cores. Given the roughly 70-dollar price difference between GTX1650 and GTX1660, which has 6 Gb of GDDR5 video memory and a more powerful GPU on board, it is better to purchase GTX1660, or choose GTX1660Ti with GDDR6 memory.

I even cant understand for what purposes it was created. This is upgrade of 1050ti that costs about $10 cheaper than 1060 and loses it in all algos. In 2017 it had a reason to but huge quantity of 1050ti and get profit that much more then your expanses but nowdays 2060 much better.

This card is a little bit better only thanks to 12-mn technology. It is 20-25% gain in electricity bill.

The only disadvantage of choosing these cards or low cards is it eats more space in your mobo compared to buy high cards that will give you more space in your mobo and you can add more high cards in the future.

Well it's not a problem if you want to build more rigs for me if I have small room I want to put all my cards in a single motherboard so that I have more space in my room that is why I bought h110 BTC pro so that I can put even 12 or 13GPU in one rig.

Well it's not a problem if you want to build more rigs for me if I have small room I want to put all my cards in a single motherboard so that I have more space in my room that is why I bought h110 BTC pro so that I can put even 12 or 13GPU in one rig.

Surely so. The best way with small placement are 2080ti or about. And you`ll need powerful or few PSU for 1 rig. There is no one true way, everyone chooses his buildup for his conditions.
But nowadays we have such nethashes and difficulties that 1650 and 1050 - is about nothing.
For me -1660ti and 2060 is a choice to upgrade my old rigs without much expenses and overpower.

The 2060 minimum power limit is 125 watts, this prevents it from being able to be set for optimum efficency.

1650 costs $70 less than a 1660, but its $/hash is lower.

1660's have the best $/hash or fastest ROI.

I see the same minimum limit in Linux, but it seems in Windows the minimum can be set lower. See for example BBT's testing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O6b_QwpsjtM , he's able to go down to 100 watts in Windows.

After watching gamersnexus breakdown on the 1650 atleast the evga ones dont seem to  have  any cooling for the ram....

 Thoughts about that?

This card does not need any cooling as the architechture where is based and the power consumption of it don't require additional cooling like Rtx versions do.This card is only brought to market to fight against Rx 570 for full hd gaming, it can even do more resolution but full hd is guaranteed.

did you get one in to test?

I looked at the price and technical information of the 1650; and calculated that it cannot match a 1660. 

As it is extremely unlikely that it will be worth mining with, so I didn't buy one to test.

If someone has a 1650 and would like to share hashrates; that would be helpful.
