Are there any services around, providing wallets for BTC, ETC and other currencies which can be used by gambling site to deposit/withdraw/exchange crypto from users, without actually implementing connection to crypto network?

No? I'm not entirely sure what you're asking but I'll assume that you're looking for wallets which directly connect to casinos without making users deposit/withdraw their crypto from the casino through conventional means. If that's accurate, then the only wallets that casinos use are primarily the ones that they run on their website. If you want to move the crypto into/out of the casino, you'll have to use the network normally.

That could be an interesting business plan, to be honest. You'd need to do a lot of networking and get casino owners on board, but a "bank" for casino funds which lets users deposit and withdraw without leaving history on the network could have some value. Of course, then you'd have centralization issues...

Exactly what I am after. I see BitGo is providing such service, but not entirely sure if it's possible to use for gambling.

in my opinion, there is no wallet that has such a function. wallet now still needs crypto network to receive or send. maybe an azart wallet can be used for gambling transactions. but requires a connection to the crypto network.

Connection to crypto network is in domain of crypto wallet provider. I only need an API to provide deposit  and withdraw functionality for my website users. Coinify has something similar, but again gambling, betting is sort of restricted in terms.

I'm afraid I don't think you can look for a reputable service for that function. If your funds are going to be used for gambling, non-custodial wallets are the only way to go. For the sole reason that they are non-custodial, hence you wallet doesn't have a say on what you can and what you can not do with your money.

If you ever find an alternative to BitGo that allows your funds to be used for gambling, I think it won't be that way for long.

i think you can use Eidoo wallet as an alternative because they have a good feature as you can exchange your coins to other coins that the wallet accept and currently Eidoo already support many coins in their wallet

I think there is no such wallet application. If so, it is certainly a system of gambling websites. So be careful when sending your money to such wallets. The holder will be the creator of the gambling website and they can take your money at any time.
