If you have a project in mind and you want people to assist you with it then you have 2-options from what I can tell. You can compensate them for their time in a manner they recognize, not the tokens they will be creating themselves. Outside of that you will have to convince them to donate their time, because they see the potential in your project and have trust in you as an individual for the long-term.
The amount of effort you're putting into this post seems to indicate that you're not that serious.

I agree to every statement you said. Sharing vision has a lot of effort than just posting here. Kindly put yourself outside your screen and share those ideas to ones you trusted the most. It might work.
Actually sharing ideas is the way to get funded but noobs don't know or don't care to get their ideas documented and patented before going out to ask for a loan or funding. THAT's how ideas get stolen.
Without sharing the idea, no one will ever be interested in paying you any money. Well unless you're a pretty girl. Then all the rules change.
