I'm curious too cause if we compared with other top 20 coin, ripple performance is very poor!
I don't know how they stuck with the price and can't perform better, maybe they lost the trust from community?
Or they don't have any new plan to release yet?
Perhaps its because many new promising project and many XRP holder trying to convert their investment in new project. Or maybe XRP investor afraid on JP Morgan plan to launch their own coin for banking system and its competitors for XRP I think this is just a game from the XRP side who wants to manipulate prices so that many people are interested and will raise the price of XRP in exchange but I'm sure after that it will definitely fall again. |

XRP is just a shady coin and its price is highly speculated.
It can be the best or worst but if you love crypto, i suggest you not to hold it. It is everything against crypto.
I agree, xrp is one of the centralised crypto that appear in decentralised world, its backed up by thr banking, so it kind of destroy crypto features, and I think the potential of this coin is not too good, many people don't like this coin because its centralised, but like it or not this coin got a big transaction volume, it has been on top 3 for a long time and the sliding down price can't make the position shifted |

It's a cryptocurrency for no doubt an that's why it's accepted on coinmarketcap and many exchanges. But, some people say it's a centralized coin which played by some big people who are obviously bankers. That's why I agree that this coin is not a good coin to invest, hold or even support. |

He said it is Worst-Performing Major Crypto so do not count any crypto that is not in top of the coinmarketcap. In some case I agree with OP that XRP are perfroming worst among other major crypto, the price keep dipping. However, we can exclude the fact that it is still can compete with other major cryptos in term of market cap, even in some occasion XRP is take over Ethereum 2nd position. |

Hypes may occurs last year which making XRP surpasses ETH for few more months but turn it back again. It for sure, a lot of people where investing this coin during that hypes and I don't know if they are having regrets right now seeing a huge declines right now. |

Yes, I see that competition is indeed extraordinary competition. Previously I thought the XRP would remain in that position and could no longer be ethereum to take second place. It is just hype that is making xrp really topping others in the coinmarketcap not because people really value the coin that much because of its centralized nature, is there anything centralized that is ever going to perform well? Sine bankers are still the ones controlling it, I am sure it will get the backing of bankers more than other people with different profession out there and there is a limit to which bankers can push it to too, if they don’t have the support of more communities out there, then they might not really last more than we think. So xrp is really going to be a bad investment. |

I think Ripple is the only coin that is in existence just based on hypes. If the coin is not hyped, it will disappear at all. Not only XRP, all coins, except bitcoin, will disappear if not hyped. XRP is reaching its position at this time as it has been decreasing in price. I think XRP will drop to $0.1 until the end of the year 2020.

Not only on hypes but more on market manipulation. It is being said that there is someone or a group of big people behind its price movements. If the coin is not hype, then we won't be having a market at all. Always remember that hype is always there together with the market. Your prediction on its price is too much, I don't think that it will drop that low, rP still continue to be a good coin so it won't happen. |

This is a coin that does not bring any profit to investors in 2019 and very people have sold all Ripple to invest in a better new coin. In fact, the big supply is the main reason why the coin is no longer trusted by investors because the development team can sell at any time if they feel profitable.
