Is BNB the Next Bitcoin?

I think BNB is only a coin but has a high price advantage. BNB is very far compared to bitcoin, bitcoin has mastered cryptocurrency while the BNB has only had some time in cryptocurrency

BNB is less likely to turn into a new bitcoin because bitcoin is recovering and its raising continues and people turn to bitcoin investment so I'm certain that the price will be higher next year.

BNB is doing really great despite the recent bear market .It stands out among altcoins. i do believe BNB is going to perform more better in future.In the next few years BNB will be one of the most valuable Cryto asset .Nevertheless that would not make BNB the next bitcoin . There are still so many wonderful project out there that has huge potentials more than BNB.If you conduct your research you will discover what i mean.

Many teams create new blockchains, much more technological then the Bitcoin blockchain. And they still can not even come close to Bitcoin, in importance and value. And the BNB is just a exchange token - a very good exchange token that will be the leader of its market for a long time.

Right now? i don't think will be the new bitcoin we know bitcoin still more popular, potential and higher than the value of the Binance coin.
But I will not close about that  thinking of others because maybe someday the Binance coin will get more investors and more partners that can cause to this token to take advatange of bitcoin but ethereum is only competitors .

new bitcoin? absolutely not, even if binance come with good inovation or delelovment in the future there still cant replace bitcoin.
we already see ETH in the second place with 1/6 from bitcoin marketcap, so if altcoin rise bitcoin will rise more, and will keep repeat.

I think the difference is very far away. nowadays, many people make BNBs their favorite coins, and i know their feelings why they say things like this. sometimes, when they see a coin that has good potential, they compare it to bitcoin. well, but, we know, that this is very difficult to happen.

BNB being the next Bitcoin is a nonsense. Bitcoin is Bitcoin as it's not only a currency nor a tech but a vision and an open and decentralized ecosystem. It's a narrative and it's a part of the History of money. Binance Coin on the other hand isn't a bad product but it is what it is: a product. It's a fairly centralized asset that's tied to the value of a business. The way it lies down a different aproach to investment, open to everyone and yet tied to a strong brand is interesting. Binance is a big exchange in the cryptocrrencies space but it's a very small one in regard to the finance market. Big players will soon show up and my bet is that if Binance can compete and keep growing its market, Binance could well be an Amazon-like business: Powerful and everywhere. The price of its utility token will be greatly impacted by this but even in that case, BNB will not be the new Bitcoin.

(As for Price comparaison only, many alts and not only P&D ones performed way better than BNB.)

Of course not. Where do such thoughts come from? BNB is a coin of the exchange, that is, there is a group of people who can do whatever they want with it. And no one can prevent them from doing this, and I am sure they are doing so now and will do so in the future. Bitcoin is a completely different coin. In fact, no one individually can influence it (to issue additional coins for example). So there will not be a new Bitcoin in the form of BNB. Be sure of that.

I agree. The exchanger itself had already issue in the cryptocurrency community because of the allegations of the hackings right but we all know that the cryptocurrency bitcoin doesn't have any issue about the hackings because of the ultimate security of the blockchain. I don't see BNB as the next BITCOIN because of those reasons. But, I know BNB can be one of the good and highest value in the future but I still be on the side of bitcoin no matter what happens.

Agree with you, I think BNB is altcoins, different from Bitcoin. So that the potential of these coins isn't compare with the Bitcoin. So that you should invest in BTC and hold because I guess that the price of BTC will rise in the next month.

BNB is the only coins that are survive the bear market and the fact that you are still got the profit if you hold BNB from 2017 is a huge achievment for BNB. I do think BNB is great and had a good development in the token model and BNB could be great blockchain like ethereum in future. But comparing bitcoin to others coins is hard to do even though BNB is great coins.

it will be very difficult to conclude that the BNB can replace the position of BTC.
as we know if BTC is not affected by other coins while other cryptocurrency is affected by changes in BTC.
we can say if BTC is the center and king of cryptocurrency, if the BNB can replace BTC what if the BNB is still affected by changes in BTC.
