Sorry don't need to be a big project we need good idea, i know many project where cost was less than 1000$ and now are huge project! Don't need advertising or expencive advisor. Facebook or twitter where made with just few hundread dollars and today are the most valuable company.

The best solution for you is to make a general cost of expenses looking at the project that you have in mind. Your vision, mission and what you want to achieve comes in play. Making a project in the cryptosphere is quite expensive and sightly competitive because you definitley have to fight with a whole number of upcoming projects in order to gain the needed attention.

If you have your own hardware and your knowledge. that will be enough for you to create a platform. the fact that there are some platforms that created by a single developer and that's working perfectly just like byteball. that depends on your skill dude.

In my view, the first thing that you should do is to make a team. However, it will be easier to develop everything with some people on your team than you do everything yourself. The second thing is to look for a partnership to make people trust in your project. People will be hard to trust in your project without good support from trusted parties, except if you already have a big company. And the third one is to build a community. In crypto space, a community for a project is a must to strengthen your project and guarantee its sustainability in the future.

Indeed a team is needed, but a trusted team, and the costs depends what kind of coins you want to do and also if you plan to list the coin on a paid exchange on your own or after more time, this can also costs way more if plan to list on bigger exchanges.

At least 4000$ is required for managing and creating the crypto website. Professional developers charge an enormous salary for managing the crypto website from my experience. It will take more than 70k$ at least.

I don't think there's any fixed cost for this because everything will depend on what you are working on, the team and the level of fund earn mark for the project which will includes its development and strategic marketing.

Agreed.  There are many projects that go out and raise as much money as possible and then try to sort it out later, but that is a dangerous maneuver. Best to plan out exactly what you want to do/accomplish as much as possible first.  You can always pivot or change plans as things change, but at least you have somewhat of a blueprint/roadmap to work and plan from.

Social media accounts are free, but please don't buy and re-purpose one.  This will give your project a very shady look from the get-go.  Organic growth is the kind that sticks around since it is based off of substance, not empty hype.

Exchanges can charge crazy fees to review and list, and DEXs can possibly be less, but don't focus on that from the start.  Its more of a "if you build it, they will come" sort of thing if you are filling a needed niche.

On th Philippine peso, I've heard of a company that handles the creation of websites, though, their work is not that good as it looks, it cost for about 4 million PHP or 75K dollar, I don't think how much a professional website for ICOs cost for a team if it was created very well and looks professional.
