Looking for team, many paid jobs with benefits, BTC escrowed with forum escrow

Me and my professional partner have had an idea for an ICO with real world applications for a few years now, we believe its the perfect time to hit the market. we are however only a 2 man operation and we know that we will be unable to run an ICO with just a team of 2. So we are looking for the following positions to fill.

We are both currently NodeJS / C++ developers so do not need.

Whitepaper Writer - 0.05 BTC will be escrowed, depending on quality of work maybe more can be paid, it has to meet our satisfaction before payment commences and we will write out contracts so that you do not waste your time also. Will also received 1.5% of ICO Funds. We have the technical details but we are just not very good at the technical or academic writing style. Please use harvard referencing

Graphic Designer - 0.05 BTC will be escrowed, Website, Infographics, ANN Thread and any other promotional material throughout the project, once again there will be a chance to earn more BTC throughout the project through us. Will also received 1.5% of ICO Funds.

Marketers x 2 - 2% ICO Funds

Bounty / promotional manager  - 2% ICO Funds

Project and ICO consultant manager  - 3% ICO Funds + other benefits

We believe that this will lead to real world opportunities and real working remote jobs, investing and being early in the project could turn around a huge project.

About The Project

The project is based on physical and digital security aspects, which includes some 2fa like yubikey alternatives and some RF reading blockchain proof of audit and security to ensure standards in EU / US countries are met.

Well, you are want to hire some person from forum and glade to see that your encourage enough to use forum escrow. Glad to see that, but wondering a newbie who joined couple of minutes ago, how he know where he have to make post and how to use forum escrow since this is your first post and you had not spent enough time to read forum. I am not calling you a sockpuppet of someone from this forum. But my question is, what will be happen if you skip with fund? Because you are including forum users, that's fine you are going to pay. And most likely you will use them as a team member. But if you skip they all are will lost their bitcoin ID due to scam accusation. So who will responsible for that. Will you use escrow also for your projects ? How can we trust you? Explain briefly.

Well not really strange, how long is customary to wait between registering and posting? in fact, I only registered so that I could post. I am willing to pay to trusted escrow. I am not a sockpuppet, just someone who does not get involved in community matters, usually read.

Don't worry about what Cryptovator said. Some of our community members can get overzealous or over suspicious towards newcomers. You can almost say that most of us live in constant paranoia that every newcomer is here to scam us out our money. 

You can either use Darkstar, bl4nkcode, Parodium, Devthedev as trusted escrows.

Some of our community members can get overzealous or over suspicious towards newcomers.

Not at all, I think I have asked valid questions. I am not afraid or zealous about escrow fund. I am worried about his ICO since he is going to use team member from forum. I had not tag him nor open accusation against him. I don't have problems with OP. Asking questions doesn't mean someone is overzealous.

I suspecting this is just another fake service thread. Most likely he will not buy anything from here, it's just my suspicion.

By the way, I am trying to welcome newbies always except scammer and likely scammer.

However I am curious see updates. Best of luck.
