Electrum Won't Run on Mac

Downloaded Electrum-3.3.4 for Mac to update my existing wallet as old version was no longer syncing with servers however now I cannot access Electrum at all, it just doesn't open. Receive the below when trying to open; i'm a bit useless so would appreciate any advice.

I had a similar issue, mine was solved by updating Windows 10. Try to update your OS and to install/update PyQT5 and Python3 again.

It is usually an error associated with an out-of-date OS. Try updating your OS like OmegaStarScream suggested. If that doesn't help try this, maybe it will sort out your problems:

I had similar problem due to corrupt wallet save. Move your wallet files to a temp folded and reopen electrum. It will default to creating a default wallet, which you can do or direct it to a known good wallet.

What can I do if Electrum won't start?

Make sure that you have backup seed/private keys for safety purposes.
