What would be the best that the site had to implement in their site like loss back where you'll get a percentage of the money you lose after playing or receiving percentage of your money that you bet?

It depends on the website itself. There are some scammy sites out there that were primarily created with the sole purpose of acquiring your money through useless promotions which look good on the outside, but are pretty horrible in reality.

Quality is all that matters. For example, look at Stake. They offer regular bonuses(Offered 50ETH recently for a particular ID) and keep their house edge low making it fair for everyone. That is quality.

I think if the gambling site is good people will come and play at the site, regardless of the promotion. On the other hand, if the site is not good, then the promotion may attract the users to play one or more games at the site but no one will remain as a permanent users of the site.  Anyhow marketing works for any department and same applies to gambling as well.

I will gamble if that is the case especially if it is receiving the percentage of the money you lost. That would be great since you are still trying that site's services and games. Though I don't like gambling on a lot of sites since I am minimizing the time I am using on gambling and sometimes transacting your BTC or crypto currencies on other sites takes some time.
