Back in the day, altcoin discussion board was pretty better but now it has turned into almost garbage, there's no way of getting a better discussion or real discussion. Some signature participants are posting unnecessary reply which causes real discussion died. We need to do some steps to get rid of it.
We everyone must have to report bad posts regularly like a job so that bad posters get banned.
What do you think?

true, but you are already starting an irrelevant topic in this board (altcoin baord) yourself whereas you should have posted it in Meta instead. not to mention that this has been discussed multiple times before!

besides what have YOU done about it? nobody is stopping you from starting better discussions in this board. you can't always wait for others to have "real" discussions

I have reported posts which seems spam to me and tried to engage with a helpful and healthy discussion. I didn't post in meta because the people browsing altcoin boards are the one who need to care about it.

Agree, it's also our responsibility as a user to report the spammers around the forum the real. The moderators are not here 24/7 and might miss some off topic posts or some shilling users are creating numerous topics about a certain coin in order to attract visibility.

In order to help the moderators we should really report them so the moderators will just check the ticket we sent and will immediately delete or move the those topics.

Yes this is true, i am agree with you.. There was better posts before in this threat. Today if you check Altcoin Discussion Board nearly all posts about the bounties, scamming situation, our favorite altcoins, ICO problems and exchanges / trading. There are not many post which gives us info about the new things about the cryptocurrency, altcoins and blockchain. I believe that the people loosing hopes about the cryptos thats why the quality went down this much..

And those discussion are started by us of course. If we go ahead and take some steps, we can prevent the spam there and create a natural and good environment. No need to work together so that we can get out of it.

My point exactly, op just became one of those persons that are creating unnecessary topics in this forum, you are doing what you are complaining about and you want a change to happen, I believe the change should start from you no offense, am saying this because this topic don't suppose to be in this part of this forum since this part is only for altcoins discussions and not for making complaints, so please try moving this topic to the appropriate board in the forum.

What do you think?
What constitutes a bad post? Some people would say that if it does not have correct English grammar and spelling it is a bad post. I take a bit more of a relaxed approach and judge the post on the ideas expressed rather than penalising people for limited skills in writing English. Perhaps the board seems worse because many people from the developed world who were participating in bounties have left because it is no longer worthwhile for them to do so. Just getting rid of what you call bad post does not necessarily mean that those who were writing the good posts will return.

English isn't not a problem. People here in this board only use shit repeated answers and questions for which real interested people don't get a way to get proper discussion.
I'm closing this thread now.
