judging by the fact that your token can be a pledge when getting a loan, it is not a utility.

If this is a security token then do you need permission from the SEC?

The deposit is made in the liquid cryptocurrency, and the token is issued as a reward for a successful transaction

Does BTCCredit receive a commission on interest rates or on the entire loan that the borrower returns?

Usually, in the case of no credit repayment, the company goes to court.

But since the cryptocurrency is not recognized as a means of payment, the court will not be able to recognize lending.

If the cryptocurrency market continues to grow, it will be very profitable to take loans.

You take a loan and pledge btc. A month later, your security deposit grew by 100% and the loan was given back.  Grin Grin Grin

Have you considered collaborating with Advanced Cash or PAYEER?

Many would like to receive a loan in these payment systems.
