What is the longest loan term? I can take a loan for 10 years and give interest 1 time per year?

Friend, it all depends on the requirements of the lender. It is the lenders who set the interest rate and duration.

And the borrower already chooses the best conditions for himself and enters into the deal.

Quote
The platform would allow for collateral in multiple cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ether, Altcoins etc. There will be wallet support for each supported cryptocurrency and borrowers will deposit the collateral as per the conversion rates.

What does this mean?

Can a lender sell a borrower's debt to other lenders?

You issue loans in USDT, although I think that this is not correct.

It is more logical to accept a deposit in USDT, and to issue a loan in any currency that the lender gives

What risks does the lender bear? You talk about the security of P2P lending, but the cryptocurrency market volatility is very strong

But a smart contract is not an official document, so the borrower is not legally responsible.

How are controversial issues resolved?

The borrower must not only repay the entire loan, but also pay the interest rate for the return of the collateral

Debts of borrowers will be sold to collection offices?

This will not be necessary since the debt is repaid with a pledge.

Therefore, P2P is a safe lending for both the lender and the borrower.

Why, then, complete verification of the lender and the borrower?

Why to demand official documents from them at registration?

I think this is due to recommendations from the legal department. This is a requirement of the governments, and BTCCredit want to get a license and work in the legal field

Now it is very difficult to get a loan for business development, since it requires a large turnover of funds on its own bank card, official work with high income or real estate for collateral.

I think you will not require as many documents

It is important for a lender to have protection of his funds, which he lends. If you can show effective credit protection, many large funds will want to lend to small businesses.

At the end of 2018 you raised $ 1 million? Is that not enough to implement roadmap plans?
