Hello bitcoiners,

I am currently between jobs and would like to try my luck in the customer service department. I use computers most part of the day so why not go down that road. A colleague of a friend of mine started working remotely for Nvidia as a customer service agent but the prick doesn't want to share where he found the information about job openings. I searched the Nvidia site, no info about any opening in the customer care department.

I see there are many well informed people here, I hope some of you could tell me some trustworthy sites online where I can find freelance positions in the desired field. Doesn't have to be Nvidia of course, that was just an example. Fiat or bitcoin paid jobs are both accepted.

Thank You.

If you are not looking specifically for work that is paid out in bitcoins your first stop would surely be a big job exchange/freelancer site like monster.com or stepstone.com (I am an EU citizen, may differ where you are from).
Additionally, there are lots of smaller job exchanges which may offer a job fitting you. Those smaller job exchanges are usually only locally known, but googling "<your desired job> <your country>" may use their job offerings as source, too (at least it does for my country).

I am currently between jobs and would like to try my luck in the customer service department.

If you have the experience with cryptocurrency / exchanges, Binance is search for some customer support so you can try your luck with them. In addition to what others have written, my advice is to write a good CV, and then just visit sites of companies that interest you. Most of them have careers section, and even if there is no advertised jobs you can still send your application and hope for a call in future.

Unless you can provide a summary of what you can do, I do not think anyone would want to hire you so remember: the less experience, the less money you get.
After typing your experiences you can try your luck here (see Services section) or use any of the above sites. The place of your "wanted Job" ads is not important but your experiences.

Do you have any past experience of working in the department of Customer Support? If no, then there's a low-to-no chance that you'll get accepted by big companies like Nvidia (or even Binance). If you're just beginning in this field, you should first work for a project that could "handle" the weight of your experience build-up (no offense, but in the start, everybody makes mistakes). Moreover, I'm sure that there aren't many "freelance" offers in this field, as most of the times, companies/projects require a permanent support provider, not a temporary.

Build experience first before dreaming of working for companies like Nvidia. Learn the stuff like properly aligning your e-mail/chat style; even though I must admit that your opening post is aligned perfectly and doesn't contain any grammatical mistake(s), which is a very positive sign if you're looking to work as the support provider.

I second that. Usually, these companies require a high level skills, knowledge and experience in blockchain and somehow you'll find yourselves not qualified for the position. However, if you know you got what it takes, then give it a shot.

You can try here
https://www.crypto-careers.com/jobs/

In there, you can see if it's remote job or not and other details you needed especially the compensation.
