What is Nineblox?

Nineblox is a fast-paced, competitive tetrislike game, with matches held in real-time.
Each match is designed to be quick; players each begin with 28 pieces, randomly and fairly shuffled.
The player who places their pieces with the most efficiency wins.

Built on EOS

Nineblox is powered by the EOS blockchain, allowing players to set wagers in EOS.

Provably Fair

All games on the Nineblox platform are created and validated through smart contracts.
Nineblox utilizes a hybrid server-blockchain systems approach, while ensuring that all
games have been generated fairly in a provable, reproducible manner.
Before each match closes, an on-chain validation step is performed to ensure no
parties have tampered with game data.

Transparent Skill-Based Ranking System

Player stats are tracked on-chain, allowing for tiered player rankings.
Players can make informed decisions on the matches they play by knowing
their probability of winning before they start.

Lifetime Dividends

For every game played, players are rewarded with BLOX tokens, win or lose.
More matches means gaining more BLOX, increasing your passive income.
Half of all profits are distributed to BLOX holders.

5% Match Fee

2.5% supports further development of the platform

• Due to potential future jurisdictional restriction, and the question of whether or not Nineblox is lawfully considered a skill-based platform, the team is anonymous.
• No whitepaper, however we have a working product, our Beta on the Jungle Testnet, free for anyone to try out: https://jungle.nineblox.com/.

While we are on topic, several more things are worth mentioning:

• The Nineblox smart contract will be open-sourced a few weeks following mainnet release. The idea is to give the platform enough time to gain traction, while reducing copyist potential.
• Nineblox is self-funded.
• Nineblox is not running an ICO, IEU, STO, or any similar crowdfunding mechanism. We are only performing a social-action bounty-driven airdrop, designed to spread awareness of the platform.
• We will never ask for funds of any form in return for a share of platform tokens. If for example someone posing as a member of the team posts as such in Discord, please report them.
