Exxe Coin has Proof of Stake as the method of block validation, however 90%t of the block reward  will go to the masternodes, while the seed nodes and the Stakers would be "mining"
to keep the block chain active.

Masternodes are equally rewarded, which makes the distribution of profits equitable between
all the participants in the network. This is a Fair method of Block reward distribution compared with PoW or PoS.

Proof of Stake vs Masternode Payments

The main difference between PoS and masternode payments is that in PoS the user who has more coins is the one who obtain more profits,
but if we use the masternodes as the main method to obtain coins, everyone  will have the same opportunities to receive a payment, making the network more equitable.

In case a user wants to get more profits, he would need to buy another node. adding value to EXXE coin  in the market.

Future Update


Currently the Masternode system select a winner from all online masternodes and pay him the reward it can take several hours or days until the next payment is received thats why an update will be done once the network has enough masternodes. With this update the network will pay equally among all masternodes EACH BLOCK, this means that the masternode reward (5 HEXX) will be divided between all nodes.

 for example:


if there are 10 masternodes in the network each one will receive:

10/5= 0.5 EXX

Each masternode will receive 0.5 EXX PER BLOCK.
