No serious translator will do this unless it's paid in BTC or ETH. Too many of them got scammed last year.
I'm willing to guess that most of the applications will be from people who use translating tools and will do shitty work.
I can talk for the French section, none of the good translators are doing bounty campaigns for altcoins anymore.

Same goes for the Indian section too. The market condition is too bad for any altcoins to survive and hence BTC/ETH and the only coins that are worth something. Better to accept stable payment methods.

Why do you need Indonesian translator? I don't think you need an Indonesian version of whitepaper or announcement thread as this project is from Indonesia. There are a lot of Bahasa native speakers in your team already.

Have you ever thought about those on the team  not having the free time to do the translation? Besides, that isn't part of their term of reference for the job. More so, may I quickly remind you that not every native speaker of a language can write in that language. Just the same way spoken English isn't written English.

Considering that OP gave a link to altcoin translation  bounty he is going to pay in his ICO tokens.
So this thread have to be also moved to altcoin bounties section.

Ah, those smart indonesians that don't even think in indonesian and never make any sketches on their native language. Ofcourse they at first made and english version of WP and then decided to translate it into indonesian.
