Whether the project funds obtained in ico are real. I think (no). Many projects that write on the fund's website can reach the softcap, to attract attention to buying tokens.  I think so because a lot of (ROI) projects are obtained from the selling price of tokens and when the tokens entered on the market lose a lot !!

kind of true , thats why most project dont list on good exchange and also project dumps when they list on low exchange and its usually the team that dumps the token by selling a huge amount of coins at a very low price and turns alot of people to holders.
