Ohh damn, it wasn't the intention to create a self modarated thread.

When there are less then 3 participants, 1 ticket will win the full prize pool.

For now, most lottery tickets cost BTC0.001 which is around $5. Most fiat lottery tickets cost way more than this, but it is possible to create cheaper tickets. (Transaction fee's are also too high if we make the ticketprice around BTC0.0001 if you just want to buy a single ticket.)

There is also a daily High Roller lottery which has a BTC0.01 ticket price.

Much better to try it lower and see if gamblers will take a bite out of this new lottery in town. So far no tickets has been bought and one factor here is the expensive ticket price.

It does not matter to start a moderated thread. Sometimes there is unwanted / off topic discussions which could be removed in case  it is not relevant. If the site purpose is not to scam anyone, there is no harm in starting a moderated thread.

I don't play lotteries, so I don't know what kind of promotions would fit on this, maybe a bonus ticket if you will buy bulk tickets or a reward if you are a regular player (may not be possible since registration is not required.)

Ticket buying duration only 15 minutes and if anybody sent btc in last minute and after published result try to double spend the transection  then the btc will go back to the sender address that I know. And its also happened in my life one day. A man sent me some btc to my address and after remain 4 days pending I can not find the tnx list in my wallet and did not receive  the fund.

That's the one that you should have done before you got red trust, unfortunately you did not mention about escrow on your first offer while you have not done any trades previously so it sounds fishy to see someone asking for investment he/she has no trades history at all. I think you can start to talk to the one who gives you the negative trust, hopefully they will understand the situation and remove the negative trust.
