Can you explain how the Jackpot works? because i just saw in the monthly lottery there is no one bought the tickets but there is a jackpot active?

After every normal lottery, 5% from the prize pool goes into the jackpot.

The winner from the montly jackpot lottery will get the full jackpot as a bonus on the regular prize pool.

When we've launched the website we also added BTC0.005 to the jackpot address to start off with.

Yes, you needed to add promotions if you want to get some attention from the community, with how fast you act with opinions that has been provided here, it's good to know that you lowered the ticket price so small time risk takers/ gamblers can also participate with you lottery,.

Looks like we're on the same page suggesting to op adding promotions to the site will surely get the attention of gamblers to their site whether he/she is a small gambler or not but still gamblers can benefit from the promotion and the site's traffic would also increased so, it's a win-win situation.

No, everything is automatically. As soon as all sold tickets have atleast 3 confirmations, then the payments will get send to all the winners.

I don't know where you from, but our local lottery tickets here is just around $1.0-$2.0 and you can win bigger jackpot. Much better to try it lower and see if gamblers will take a bite out of this new lottery in town. So far no tickets has been bought and one factor here is the expensive ticket price.

Ticket buying duration only 15 minutes and if anybody sent btc in last minute and after published result try to double spend the transection  then the btc will go back to the sender address that I know. And its also happened in my life one day. A man sent me some btc to my address and after remain 4 days pending I can not find the tnx list in my wallet and did not receive  the fund.

That's the one that you should have done before you got red trust, unfortunately you did not mention about escrow on your first offer while you have not done any trades previously so it sounds fishy to see someone asking for investment he/she has no trades history at all. I think you can start to talk to the one who gives you the negative trust, hopefully they will understand the situation and remove the negative trust.
