asset investments. The coin and the exchange/investment platform are designed to work together and create an
easy and seamless way for investors to enter the digital investment market. The Leisure Coin Exchange & Investment
Platform will provide two functions for its users. First, It will be a standard digital asset exchange where users can
trade digital assets among each other. On the exchange, Leisure Coin will be the main pairing for all listed coins. The
exchange will then draw profits like any other exchange. This will be from listing fees and withdrawal fees. The
second function, will be an investment platform where Lesiure Coin holders who have a Leisure Coin wallet tied to
the exchange can share in the profits generated by the platform. The investment side of the platform will engage in
automated trading of the top 5 digital assets on the market. Revenue from this investment trading, will then be
shared across all Leisure Coin users on the exchange. This will give Leisure Coin a use case of driving even more
profit to its investors by diversifying risk, reducing price volatility and making investment in the top coins of the
market incredibly easy.
Exchange/Investment platform operations explained
All funds received from the exchange fees (listings and withdrawals) will be distributed to exchange maintenance,
platform development/maintenance, security, coin operations, and platform investments. The funds allocated to the
investment platform will be used to invest in and trade the top 5 digital assets on the market. Trading will be done
via automated bots across multiple top exchanges. At the end of each month, the dividends generated from trading
will be paid out across the platform to all user accounts with a Leisure Coin wallet linked to it. The payout percentage is
determined by the average amount of Leisure coins held in the wallet at the current time of payout. This is
what makes Leisure Coin unique and our value will be directly tied to the top 5 coins on the market at the time. With
automated bot trading of these top coins, Leisure Coin’s value will be one of the most stable on the market.
Once the investment platform has reached its minimum of 10 Bitcoin, trading will then commence on all of the top
5 digital assets. Leisure coin rewards will be from trading minus a 1% increase in platform retention per month. This
will bring 12% growth annually. Any listing fees added to the platform after the fact will drive annual percentage
growth up even further. The platform’s success will be directly related to the exchange’s success in bringing on users,
the volume of trading and the listing of new coins. The more popular the exchange becomes the better the returns
for our investors. The better the returns for the investor the more value leisure coin itself will have. 2% of annual
growth will be locked in cold storage offline in safety deposit box to protect Investments in the unlikely scenario off
the platform being hacked or compromised. Cold storage wallets will be managed by the CEO with dead man
switches inplace. These wallets will also be publicly posted in the platform exchange so users can view any activity.
A 4% annual fee will be paid to Leisure Coin team to run operations and develop the exchange, platform and coin
over time. Leisure coin team reserves the right to make a withdraw from the platform but it shall never exceed the
current year’s % growth.

3 tiered vetting process.
1. Tier #1 Require coin heads to release personal information to our team. A interview process, and popularity
review of the coin. These are our rating factors (safest for investor trading with minimal research required)
2. Tier #2 Requires coin head release of personal information to our team, white paper review, use case review.
(Newer coin’s or coins being revamped and or swapped requires more in depth user research to invest.)
3. Tier #3 Coins require a White paper, and just a use case with a quick review (Invest with caution no vetting
process conducted Trade at your own risk and do your own research)
These tiers will be separated on our exchange so you can choose your risk factor you are willing to take. Leisure coin
exchange reserves the right to ban coin’s from the exchange due to unethical practices as well as coin heads,Devs.
No refund will be posted for infractions of this magnitude. An investigation will be conducted if no reply from the
coin in question with in 48 hours a public announcement will be made.
