This is actually normal in a place like this, in a crypto world, we can not do anything about it just the moderator has the capability to ban them but for me, we should be aware of everything we do especially when we are making decision and our money is at stake. Scammers are everywhere and not only in crypto. They just found a new option to screw those naive individuals and the bad thing is you can't run after them or sue them. Because most projects are anonymous or having fake profiles, you can't really get a hold of them. So it is really up to the investor how he will attack these things, on how he will deal with these scammers.
