If you are seeking for my opinion, then I would suggest,  giving discount on fees that is sending and receiving the amount would be nore profitable to us.
Buy you see lightly on the deposit bonus, then it will look more attractive,  but the requirements gonna be really tough and to achieve that, many losses will also be made.

that depends on how much bonus or discount that will you get. I agree with someone above me to get it needs a lot of requirements and it looks so difficult.

Just like there was a minimum deposit to get that bonus and that's too risky because there must be another requirement too. discount fees are more preferable.

There's no use of deposit bonus if it's just for the first time and exchanges can't just provide deposit bonus everytime the user deposits an amount.
Fee discount would be beneficial in the long run but again there are several large exchanges serving with a fees of 0.05%, that's nearly as saturated as it gets.

as long I'm in the crypto scene i never saw an exchange that offers a deposit bonus and the deposit bonus just likely only on casino
in the exchange, i prefer fee discount because the more we trade the more we pay the fee but with fee discount, it can lower our trading fee

Yes, that's what I'm concerned. You want a deposit bonus but it's likely that you have to deposit more than what you afford just for that bonus. For discounted fees, you're likely to take this for a long time and will benefit on it if you are a regular customer.

If we analyse continuous participation of crypto exchange we don't move this way. Because normally many new exchanges are offer many things and if you enter in that exchanges surely it affect the upcoming participation so better we can use Binance exchange or our own country best exchange is the good way to survey in longterm.

I would be very sceptical of anyone offering deposit bonus. From my experience those that offer deposit bonuses in other industries tend to be a bit scammy. The most obvious example is online casino's that offer you a deposit bonus but then make it very difficult to cashout. If someone offered me a deposit bonus I would view it negatively.

I'm not a trader, so I prefer a deposit bonus rather than fee discount.

fee discount makes sense and the exchange would not have to "spend money" but only receive a smaller profit since they would be giving you a small portion of the profit that they would have gotten otherwise.

but the other thing about "deposit bonus" doesn't make sense at all because the exchange has to give you the money out of their pockets and why would they do something like that if they are not shady?!

i would go as far as saying a decent exchange doesn't really need these types of reward incentive to get customers though. but advertisement is always a requirement for any businesses.
