Are you sure? I mean it's not that weak right now. I just checked the crypto chart on the coinmarketcap and most of them are in green page. The current situation of alts is actually good and my advice is if you want to buy altcoins, this is the time for you because i predict the price can go more higher.

Dollar cost averaging is always a good idea. I must admit I hadn't noticed lower volumes though, all I saw was that whole market volume is really high, but yes, that does seem to be mostly BTC... which makes sense as often BTC is the first coin to rise in any market recovery.

It is very risky to do HODL in such periods. With the trade done at the right times, the portfolio can be gradually increased, although not much.

It is simple sense. When BTC is flying then all alts coin  will start to dump. So that time you need to sold out your all alts and wait for lowest price. If you haven’t huge loss i think you need to sold out your all alts and hold BTC till 6900$ then you will buy USDT through BTC and again buy BTC through USDT at 6200-6250 value.

It's true that always alert is important when the price of bitcoin is now up, but in my opinion in the next few days bitcoin and altcoin are still safe to buy according to my technical predictions and analysis.
