When I am in public or when a stranger, especially a girl, makes me feel very ashamed.
I feel my face turn red and I do not know what to speak.
Are there any tips to get rid of this shyness؟

You need to understand why are you shy in the first place? Is there something wrong your physical appearance that made you shy? I was very shy when I was a kid, but as I mature I learn to control myself in public and gradually it just went away. What made me shy is that I stutter, but thru practice and self motivation, I was able to overcome it.

If you have crush for sure you will be shy once you see her but I don't think it's normal when you see a stranger a girl who did not know her.  Unless she talking to you and you feel shy that's normal but the others I don't think so. You need to do your best to not being shy when you see a girl.

If you know you are a good looking guy and you wear the perfect clothes for your body while you have the perfect haircut for your head shape and you take care of yourself then you have no problem and you are so shy because you've had very little experience of this type and the more you try it the better it will get. If this is not the problem then check yourself and see if you look the best you can since this is affecting your self-confidence.

Just go out of your house and start engaging with people. They are not there to hurt you. Lol. If you want to practice talking to people and knowing what to say, try out a couple of the sites/apps below that I know

  • Tinder: Try to match with someone and try to spontaneously talk
  • Omegle: The same as above, with the same interests, I think?

Any more sites like that? I'm not fully aware of those things because I haven't tried it but I have some friends who met their current GF/BF there.

You probably haven't been exposed to the opposite gender that much that's why you feel that way. Take time to talk to girl dude. Make friends. That shyness will naturally go away the more you talk to girls. It doesn't have to be romantically motivated, just go out there, say hi and feel your shyness evaporate.

That’s right because mostly the cause of this attitude is lack of self confidence and some are having inferiority complex so you must get rid of this first before you can take out that reactions

Always look at the mirror and face yourself,tell the mirror that you are confident and handsome in your own way,so from that you can have enough power whenever you are embarrassed or humiliated

I can't get rid of my social anxiety.
Maybe the best tip is to just practice talking to people.Eventually you will get used to it.
I can't do this,so maybe I need some professional help.

Most people are shy around the people they don't know the only tip that I could give you is to think of them as a person you already knew for a long time,
Try to be friendly and act normal on how you would act to the person you already knew how you interact with your friends.

Just think there is no reason for all this shyness. You might feel intimidated by the girls somehow and that makes you feel shy. Act naturally as you would do if you were among your family and closer friends.
You won't get rid of all this shyness so fast, but you need to work this emotion slowly until it is not a problem anymore.

There is no universal formula because we all have different characters.
I think it's easiest to enroll in some dance school, some course or other activity where young men and girls gather together and associate.

you want first where those shyness came from is it how people will say to you or what people will treat you I've been there to buddy but as i mature i try to talk to people i clear my mind what they will say i just show whats me and later on you will understand the society

Frankly, there's no single solution that applies to all people.
That being said, when I was shy, I kinda just "ripped the band-aid off", kept getting into embarrassing situations until they stopped affecting me as much.
Initially, as you can imagine, I had a lot of sleepless nights thinking of all the painfully embarrassing moments, but over time it just started turning into confidence.
It boils down to exposure therapy, it did work in my case. There's always room for improvement however.
If you're hoping to find an easier method, I don't think there is one, but good luck either way.
