I did not watch event life of fully, but saw some review after on youtube. Liked the main event fight. Kape is going to make some noise in flyweight, that for sure. He #6 currently and beat Royval who is #2, making Kape too high in rating. Kape vs Taira is already scheduled? Would be a really entertaining fight to watch. But I am not sure he is going to take title from Van. Van is an accidental champ I am 200% sure Van will have a rematch with Pantoja.

Do you guys know such game as Street Fighter ? There was a movie with JCVD, now they have filmed a remake and Alex Volkanovski is taking part in it, playing role of Joe. Lol, I dont even know who that is.

The card was good with incredible fights, but I didn't see much promotion from the UFC this weekend. Could it be that these last few cards are just to fulfill the schedule and the organization is already thinking about next year with Paramount? What do you think?

The UFC is taking a Christmas break and we won't see any action until 25th Jan, when the UFC 324 takes place in Las Vegas (Pimblett Vs Gaethje).
I've read some rumours on X that Ilia Topuria might not be available to defend his belt anytime soon, and therefore the main event could get promoted to a fight for the actual belt, not just an interim one. But I don't see any confirmation from any official media outlets.
Ilia is said to face domestic abuse allegations from his wife, which goes along with the couple's divorce. Ilia denies the allegations and calls them an extortion attempt.
Getting through the divorce and fighting off the abuse allegations is not going to be pretty and could consume a significant time, so I find it believable that he might choose to step away until all is sorted out.

Now situation with Topuria. I have seen posts on reddit about his recent Instagram post. All I can say that he has beaten all the men, but is loosing to a woman Problems inside family, divorce and relationship, that is nasty, that can hit harder than punch and cause more damage than brutal KO.

If we lived in Norway, we would probably be interested in skiing. If I lived in a mountainous region, endurance sports would probably come easily to me. What I don't understand is that despite the fact that he is not a finisher, he does tons of showboating. How can you watch the fight and not enjoy his showboating? For me, that's more entertaining than knockout in one minute. I like knockouts too but I prefer full fights where the opponent either gets humiliated or both of them beat each other very harshly.

Merab is a guy who comes from a poor village, from a poor country, moves to the United States, works on construction and goes to the GYM at the same time just to achieve his one dream, to become an UFC champion one day and he succeeds while beating many Champions in a row. I don't understand how you can (in general) like weed addict Sean O'Malley over hard-working Merab Dvalishvili, who has a great personality.

That is expressed by his look, entrance, performance outside octagon. He is more media person. For example a regular guy can mean O'Malley while playing video game, have a chat with him. Or watch his stream, and chat with him 2) I think language barrier play huge role in fans sympathy.

If Merab would be fluent speaker, you could meet him not in gym, but in more random places, hang out with him or befriend him in a game, he would have different attitude. What Merab does, train-eat-repeat, film some short video where he does crazy or stupid things. At least he starts to improve his media. Imho for UFC it is not enough to be an excellent fighter, you must also be a businessman and entertainer.

P.S. I think weed has a special cult in America. In some states it is allowed, some use it legally as a medicine. So I cant tag O'Malley as a really bad person if he smokes. It is the same as wine in some way. It is still an alcohol, but people dont give you bad look when you have a glass of wine in the restaurant, outside or at home. People dont call you alcoholic for drinking champagne if you celebrate something

I also understand Ilia's situation, and the best thing to do is to step away. But the UFC will likely demand a very high price from him upon his return. He was doing very well when this happened, so the price he will have to pay, especially in terms of his career, will be very high.

He claims he faced blackmail during his separation from his former job. Therefore, he won't be at UFC 324. Although Topuria denies these allegations, it seems he'll be dealing with it, which is why I heard he won't be at UFC 324. Anyway, I think it's a good thing. Paddy Pimblett should have beaten Gaethje first if he could, then fought Topuria.

I dont like to dig in dirty laundry, but Topurias wife aint a random girl. His wife is a multimillionaire, business owner and in media it is said she if from wealthy family. I aint clear who is actually head of a family and earns more. Some say that his wife and her family might be Topurias sponsors. Look how quick he climbed the career ladder. Few years ago not many knew about Topuria, then all of a sudden he became one of the most spoken person. There is a chance of classic love story. He is a macho, strong and beautiful, and a fighter besides. She is rich. She helped him, but as soon as he stood firmly on his feet, love has gone.

Many people tell me that Sean has charisma but I don't find it. For me, Connor McGregor is Charismatic, Brad Pitt is charismatic (from UFC fighter to an actor ) but Sean is not charismatic. I understand his persona but I don't find it cool. I don't think that Merab's problem is his language barrier. Honestly, he isn't smart and his jokes are strange. He looks like a weird guy who tries to appear fun.
I don't tag Sean O'Malley as a bad persona for smoking a weed, my point was that it's not a healthy attitude and inspiration. An athlete achieves success via training, healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle in general, smoking weed doesn't help you in this case. My point is that Merab is a better role model than Sean.

Regarding Topuria, I believe it was something on his part, something like betrayal or even the aggression he's trying to hide to maintain his current fame. I hope this information is leaked soon; I want to understand the real reasons for his absence.

Regarding Pimblett vs. Gaethje, I think it will take a backseat. There's been little discussion about it, and it will be at the beginning of the year amidst parties and various controversies involving other more famous wrestlers, so the comments will likely dwindle until then.

Anyway, If there is something he or their family are hiding, let lawyers do all the work and Ilia should return to his career. Ilia was talking something that we wont see him in 2026. I've noted it. It's absolutely amazing that the UFC put together this compilation. It could be a welcome distraction before the next event. I really miss those KO moments. Maybe I missed some. So, thanks again for sharing it here. By the way, I'm curious why Topuria is the only hashtag in the video.

I don't know if this is true violence or if it's something like blackmail by a wife. Topuria has become a UFC icon, so any news about him is sure to garner more attention. I'm confused as to whether his wife truly loves him or is it because of his wealth? I mean, divorce lawsuits citing violence are often fraudulent attempts to obtain marital property. I suspect this kind of thing happens a lot to footballers. Unlike infidelity, which has more valid evidence, it's the man's fault.
