Now situation with Topuria. I have seen posts on reddit about his recent Instagram post. All I can say that he has beaten all the men, but is loosing to a woman Problems inside family, divorce and relationship, that is nasty, that can hit harder than punch and cause more damage than brutal KO.

What did Topuria do and why is his ex wife so determined to make life very hard for him?  Lolol.  It wouldn't surprise me if Topuria fooled around with another girl or something. 

Anyway, can't wait for Pimblett vs Gaethje.  I wouldn't have thought highly of Pimblett before seeing him fight Chandler.  But after Chandler, Pimblett showed everybody that he belongs at the top in the UFC.  But let's see how he does against Gaethje.  Should be a good fight.

Regarding Topuria, I believe it was something on his part, something like betrayal or even the aggression he's trying to hide to maintain his current fame. I hope this information is leaked soon; I want to understand the real reasons for his absence.

Regarding Pimblett vs. Gaethje, I think it will take a backseat. There's been little discussion about it, and it will be at the beginning of the year amidst parties and various controversies involving other more famous wrestlers, so the comments will likely dwindle until then.

It really looks like he is copying Conor McGregor from head to toe but in reality, he really is not a bad guy and I think everyone can clearly see how fake he is when he tries to act like Conor. He is not bad guy, he is really a great guy, as well as his brother. I'm sure that there is something wrong with this case. Too many women lie these days to get the 50% of the wealth from celebrities and rich husbands. I don't think that Topuria would beat his wife, he doesn't seem that guy but who knows, maybe there are proofs that we are yet to discover.
At the moment, I think that Topuria isn't really the guilty one after seeing how many women use the same tactics over and over again.

Merab is the most deprived person from that list. Others made such number in two fights, Merab made four

Have you guys heard how Islam is talking that Usman should be his next opponent? He and Khabib think that Usman should be Islam next test, and then he would fight Shavkat. That is really strange to hear, because Usman is one step away from retirement, got only 1 win (should no be given a title shot so quick), has injuries that its better for him to retire. What is that? A cherry pick from Islam?

The funny thing is that Ali Abdelaziz (spell it like Conor said his name one time ) is the manager of both of them. Maybe Usman will earn some good money from this fight and then retire or otherwise, this fight doesn't make sense for Usman because Islam will definitely easily beat him.

I think that at the beginning of the year the fights will be on Paramount. Viewers will take a while to remember this detail, and when they do, they'll have to subscribe to another streaming service, which could cause them to postpone that subscription. So, in my view, this could delay viewers from returning to watching.

Giorgina said she was abused and has very strong evidence. Ilia is now world-famous and very rich. No woman wants to leave a rich and famous man. I think it's highly likely she went through some bad things. We have seen similar issues with high-ego fighters like Conor and Jones in the past. Maybe we will see it again with Ilia.

He sells to the East, and that makes a big difference. That's why Pereira is in second place; he manages to sell to the East, but they already have an idol: Islam.

I think next event is Justin Gaethje vs Paddy Pimblett and that is scheduled sometime in the end of January.

Yeap, you have a month to save money for next event Which is going to be a great start of a year. Many cool fights (but it is too early imho to discuss it).

Back to some news. Arman Tsarukyan had another grappling match in Russia and won. Alexander Volkov also took part in that grappling event and won his fight. 5 Years ago, no one would even believe that UFC fighters are allowed to fights outside UFC.

There are rumors that Aspinall in planning for serious eyes surgery. Fake or injury was really that serious ?

Afaik, the Paramount thing will only be in the US, Canada, Australia and Brazil.  For the rest of the world it'll still be in UFC Fight Pass.  The question tho is will UFC Fight Pass still charge extra for the main card in numbered events or will it now be free since the PPV system in the UFC is over.  

Pretty sure everyone will be stoked if there won't be any additional charges for the main card.

In other words, the main viewers will have to schedule themselves to be able to watch the first card of the year. I'm sure the audience won't be what was expected precisely because of this change. I think Islam sells to both regions. He is a very polarizing fighter who is liked and hated by different parts, but gets a lot of attention from all sides when he fights and headlines fight cards. I am actually surprised that Merab is not higher up on the list. I haven't seen the full list but he has had an incredible 2026, almost perfect except for his recent loss

There is a huge gap between the organization's earnings and the fighters' earnings. Islam, Alex, and Merab still earn something, but when we go down to the lower tiers, there are fighters who are almost fighting for training and camp fees...

One day, someone who has a lion's heart will do to the UFC what Spartacus did to Rome. On that day, I will support that fighter... :)

UFC becomes boring if they are just the fighters keep fighting each other. They should just be considered one stable than a promotion itself.  Sure I would agree as well. Nothing can tremor an organization unless a strong will man fights back.  It only need one.

I have a set of Internet+TV from my internet provider and the TV package contains sports channels that run boxing/mma whole day, and when UFC event is on, it always shows it live. TV channel runs in HD. Even though my TV can run 4k content and UFC runs in UHD (I guess), video quality is OK. I have never paid for UFC PPV. When I was much younger and during university I used to download events from torrents. Now UFC is  among my TV package. Dunno how current UFC PPV price is going to affect me, but I think it wont

P.S. I pay for Internet+TV 44,99 per month.

Do you remember UFC former heavyweight champ Andrei Arlovski? Recently, after Jake Paul vs AJ fight, he had a funny brawl with bloggers. There is such blogger as Jack Doherty who films pranks. On purpose or unintentionally one of his team members shoulder pushed Arlovski and they started a brawl https://www.youtube.com/shorts/q3es4b2CIyU. On one hand, its dangerous for health to joke with real fighters when you are not even from fighting world. On the other hand, Arlovski was swinging fists and did not hit anyone. I am not a huge Tsarukyan fan, but I am slowly turning into Topuria hater Cant wait when Topuria will move from talks to action. Lately all he is does is talking. Right now I dont know what UFC dont like Tsarukyan so much. He has back injury (or did not make weight as some say) and screwed fight with Islam. Is that worse than Topuria pausing whole division (and also screwing a fight, as there were talks about huge UFC event in Spain) because he cant handle situation with his instagram-chick wife?

I think Tsarukyan is still viewed negatively because of his fight against Islam, while Topuria "abdicated" his title and there will be a replacement. Both are bad, but I see Topuria having less of a negative impact on the division.

Yes, I agree. The audience should consolidate around the second card of the year. So, I believe they should give more weight to the next card, in terms of fighters and sponsors. But Paramount subscribers really got an excellent deal and if I'm not mistaken, they won't see any changes in prices overall. A great deal.
