I never had one but I don't think it was an accident. I only know a settings of martingale that goes doubled every time you roll but not the reverse one. I think I would not call mine an accident but it was when I was losing my mind that I was on a losing streak and bet all in smiling crazily like I don't care what happens but I ended up winning when I was ready to lose.

I disagree with the aspect of luck you mentioned. There is nothing like luck in gambling and even in accidental gambling, I am very sure that most of the times when we win games like this, because its unplanned for, we fail to quickly realize or notice the strategy we used in playing the game so we end up attributing the whole winnings to luck.
