Hi.i wanna buy btc with hand cash in canada
Any idea how can i buy them in cheap rates
(I tried flexepin,atms etc they are expensive)

And i Don't wanna try bank stuffs like buying with credit or debit card or any bank transfer.
 They can ask me for tax,if i buy bulk.
Is there trusted site who offer cash in person  
or any trusted groups there who really buy sell btc with real hand cash.

I can understand the desire to trade cash in person, but speaking from experience it isn't a particularly popular trading method, so you might struggle to find a seller. Your best bet would be to either look on the Currency Exchange board, or to use a peer to peer marketplace.
