Don't know if IEO is on Binance, then of course it is advantageous to participate. In the rest of the exchanges in question. ICO gave good bonuses to early investors, but also many developers put a lock on tokens.

Well IEO is the trending thing, so almost all investor would want to partake in it, but I really do not see any special difference in both except that initial Exchange Offering is being conducted in an exchange and as such would also prefer the IEO.

Yes I will given I get lottery tickets on Binance IEOs because its always profitable unlike other exchanges I've seen so far.

 I would like to invest both in ICO and IEO , they have both pros and cons. I don't want want to miss any good opportunity that both of them has to offer.
