suspect username: Ghezavat
suspect BTT profile URL: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2589674;sa=showPosts

what happened: cheating/ low quality translations
I was approved as Persian translator in the Miracle Tele project, and Ghezavat was selected as verifier (because he didn't provide any portfolio, he was not selected as the main translator).
anyway, the job was too easy, only took about 3 hours to finish even with my smartphone, and I submitted my work in the next day of getting approval from bounty manager. admin sent a message via Telegram in the bounty group to Ghezavat and said that he can review the translations now. he made many changes in translations and submitted his work today (one day before deadline for translation job).
according to the admin, if the translator made too many translation mistakes, the verifier will get the most reward. I think that's enough reason for someone to cheat.
there are 93 strings for translation, and he changed 40 translated strings!
So, I reviewed his changes and found that he made some wierd translations.

https://drive.google.com/open?id=1KPtCsDFH3PzScg0PcpOqPtMxIqP1Rev5Mm13mwAVeUQ
(open .po file with poedit or notepad++)

examples:

Original text >> what did he translate this string >>>> what does it mean in English

- own the mobile network >> شبکه ی تلفن همراه خود را داشته باشید >>>> have your own Mobile phone network
- next stage start in >> شروع مرحله ی بعد >>>> start of the next stage
- our token value >> ارزشگذاری توکن ما >>>> our token rating
- send them to a friend >> ارسال به دوستانتان >>>> send to your friends
- pay for miracle telecom services >> MIRACLE TELECOM پرداخت جهت استفاده از سرویس های" >>>> payments for using Miracle telecom services
- softcap reached >> عبور از سرمایه ی اولیه >>>> passing the initial fund
- join the telecom masters >> به بزرگان صنعت مخابرات خوش آمدید >>>> welcome to the Telecom industry elders
- telecom contacts signed >> امضا نمودن قراردادهای مخابراتی >>>> signing telecom contracts
- miracle tele SIM cards launched >> "راه اندازی سیم کارت های Miracle Tele >>>> launching Miracle Tele sim cards
- rewards model tested >> آزمایش نمودن مدل پاداش >>>> testing reward model

and many more translation errors (sorry I'm writing this topic with my phone and can't mention all of them)
- token >> توکن --> this word means token, but it's not translated, it's the same English word written in Persian (10 lines)
- some typos in editted translations, specially he did not use zwnj for ligatures (happens when someone is using non-standard Persian keyboard or Arabic keyboard)

##################
sometimes translations are not 100% correct, sometime different Translators have different opinions about translaed strings. I think that's ok, but I'll let others to judge who is doing his job and who is cheating.
also I should mention that his first account on BTT was banned by admins, and bounty manager knows that, and the bounty manager gave him a second chance to prove that he is clean. but it seems that he is too greedy.

Prove that both accounts are connected and belong to the same person and the new account will be banned too.
It is not up to the bounty manager to decide whether he deserves a second chance or not.

this is his previous BTT acount: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2397165; same username as his LinkedIn andTwitter accounts (see this:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2589674;sa=showPosts) both BTT and Twitter accounts are created in the Sep 2018 specially for participating in Miracle Tele bounty campaign. also there are some screenshots from chats with bounty manager in  the Telegram group:
https://imgur.com/a/Zv9sQFT
https://imgur.com/a/wGHMenm
https://imgur.com/a/XjLT2zT

but seems that someone deleted all of cheater's previous posts on BTT Sad . So, it seems that it's a dead end and I can't prove that these accounts are linked. anyway I started this topic to show that he is doing low quality translation job. I should wait for some Persian native speakers to verify this.

There are some questions which needs to be answered:

1- his Twitter profile (https://twitter.com/BardotBonita) and his old BTT account (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2397165;) are created in the same month (Sep 2018). There is no doubt that these accounts are created only for participating in the Miracle Tele bounty campaign, according to his activities on the Twitter (possible multi account abuser)
any reason why he created completely new accounts to participate in the bounty campaign?

2- according to bounty manager (see this: https://m.imgur.com/a/wGHMenm) "his account got rekt by mods on BTT because of burst posting"; but his post count on his old BTT account is zero!!! (link to his old BTT account:https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2397165;) So BTT mods deleted every single post which he created on BTT in his old account??? or he deleled all of his posts to hide something?. that's a red flag. hopefully a BTT mod can answer this question.
+
even his Eth address is invalid Cheesy

3- in the Miraacle Tele bounty topic:
Quote
You must have previous working experience as a translator for crypto and/or telecom projects and must be able to provide examples of such translations via the registration form. All low-quality or automatic translations shall not be accepted and may become a reason for disqualification

but he didn't provide any portfolio ( see: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1KPtCsDFH3PzScg0PcpOqPtMxIqP1Rev5Mm13mwAVeUQ) so how can he prove that he is a native speaker of the selected language?
his name, bonita bardot, is not a Persian name. bonita is a Spanish word, and Bardot is a female french name, according to his Twitter account, he is from Sweden, Which is far from Persian speaking countries. his profile name on Telegram (@pab3d) is abed, which is an Arabic male name!
so far, no portfolio + fake multiple names

how he can prove that he has some experience in Translation of crypto-related tasks?
I've mentioned a few examples of his Translation errors in the first post. let me add 2 more examples:

He translaed "Softcap" to "جذب حداقل سرمایه" which means "attracting the minimum amount of capital"
He translaed "hardcap" to "جذب حداکثر سرمایه" which means "attracting the maximum amount of capital"

there is a nice article which described this terms into Persian: https://arzdigital.com/an-overview-of-ico-sale-models/ , which translates "softcap" to "سرمایه‌ی حداقلی" and "hardcap" to "سرمایه‌ حداکثری". my translation for these two words was "سقف حداقلی" and "سقف حداکثری" which is much closer to author's Translation.

so the suspect does not have any experience in Translation of crypto-related terms.

4 - the .po file for translation was uploaded on 29 April. asI said, it was a quick job so I finished the translation in the next day, and uploaded it on GDrive on 30 April, and bounty manager informed the suspect that he can start reviewing now, and he responded in the same day. selected Translators had about 10 days to finish their task. he had to review the translations, so his job was easier right? he did not upload his work until today, which is only one day before the deadline. he made a major edit in translations. 40/93 Translation strings was edited!!!
why he should do this??? I'll quote bounty manager's message on Telegram chanel here:
Quote
Will be decided on individual level. Translators will earn more, however, if the input of the verifier outweighs the translator (because the translator made a mess of it), the verifier takes the biggest cut
.
So, he waited until the last day, and uploaded his work to convince the bounty manager that the main translator made many mistakes and should be disqualified, hopefully nobody investigates and reviews his changes.

#######
one thing that he didn't count is that I was watching the bounty spreadsheet for any changes Smiley ok mr cheater defend yourself!

Under certain conditions, a mod can "nuke" a user, i.e. delete all posts + ban the user.

BPIP confirm that : https://bpip.org/profile.aspx?p=BardotBonita, we can see that he has been nuked: 4/26/2019 3:48:14 AM   Changed to Archived status   Nuke user

Ok this explains that why all of his posts were removed. I'm convinced about this. but what about the massive rewrite on the Translation file only 1 day before the deadline? also still we don't know that why he is using fake info on his Twitter account

Update: bounty manager said that he will revoke the submission. (screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/f3LNNNi)
