you might have created your account on myetherwallet or mycrypto, you should have saved your mnemonic phrase or private key somewhere, you need that to access your tokens.

this is not easy to do,especially since it is not clear on what they have your wallet, and most importantly, the key you have from the wallet is closed? so as if you lost the key, then this all you their money 100% lost! I think if you have with the key all in order, then problems not any not will with this

I can see a contract address and also a eth wallet address. And about accessing the wallet you claimed you opened, you should know the password, mnemonic phrase or the private key to the wallet before you could be able to access it. Or maybe you must have opened a different wallet address from another website and not MyEther wallet.

Thanks for all the replies! I finally found the tokens, they were sent to blockchain.com eth wallet but since wallet does not support the tokens they were not there. I did some research and I was able to import account to metamask and claim my tokens. Any suggestions on what to do with the tokens? Thanks Again https://i.ibb.co/SNjgPm0/Sin-t-tulo.jpg

If you have json file or private key and that is still possible to access it but if you don't have both of those things and then that will be impossible to access your wallet. Do you use a software wallet or create a wallet through using myetherwallet site or something else?

The last I checked, ethereum is a decentralized platform and you don't need just one platform to access your coin as long as you have full access to your private key which controls the wallet, so I think you are really making a mistake somewhere because or you made use of a centralized wallet and might not be able to access that coin until the wallet support the coin maybe then or even in the future, but if you have access to your private key, then you just need to visit any wallet and import your key.
