Okay, I just synced a view wallet with your SN and pubkeys/address - the 0.25 XMR are cleary there.
I didn't see an option in mymonero to import via viewkey only - so I cannot try to replicate your experience there.
Your screenshot also shows that the funds are there (I also successfully replicated it with the
decode outputs option here:
https://blockchair.com/monero). Just note, there are two recipients ofc, similar to a Bitcoin transaction that contains change. The change is not displayed as Monero is a privacy coin keeping everything secret that's not meant to be seen. In this case the change money sum from the transaction (first recipient). Second recipient is you.
Also note, public keys are NOT the same as the public address! In case you were wondering about why the
public key displayed doesn't seem to match your
public address.
Again, not sure why mymonero won't show the amount after importing the private key, was there an option to select a "restore height" or "restore block"? If so, please choose a date from BEFORE the transction. Something like 2019-01-01 must work, or if you use block height 1500000 should be safe as a start.
