I am not that much important to get traced from my internet history and also I am not buying anything illegal so I am not in need of using TOR.

I have friend who visited darkweb but it stopped visiting there because possible your information will be compromised/track .
It's very dangerous to visit to darkweb my friend said and I don't know why other people still want to visit there.
I remember people using VPN or other ways to access dark web because in my country it is prohibited.

No,I haven't been there and don't see the point of your quesiton.
If you ever wanted to visit the darkweb,use a VPS,so if you get a virus,you could easily delete the virtual server.Other people recommended using VPNs or the Tor network,but I don't trust neither VPN providers,nore Tor(which is a little bit safer and more anonymous,but still not enough).

Got the same sentiments, freaking out that this site won't be safe for my identity and chances of being hacked so I don't bother to try and visit

I've never used dark web and that's mainly because I have nothing to look for there so there is no reason to risk my security for nothing. I've watched some YouTube videos where other people are exploring dark web but personally I don't find anything interesting there other than the thing that you can buy anything you have in mind, including lots of items that are illegal.
