This is not the way to go, really. Users who have been with us for longer time know that we will not leave anyone in trouble. If we made a mistake and our payment had not reached you, we would just send you another one. We have offered that already before. Your payment is really not that big for us not to pay it. We asked you yesterday to not panic! We have replied to your ticket yesterday and we could answer other ones because it was night in UK and we where sleeping. Instead of giving us a chance to fix our mistake you starting to scream and call us what we are not. If it is our mistake and for some reason we have not send you your payment, we would just send you a new one, but because you are making this statement, we will probably not. Your post title directly damages our reputation! It is direct violation of our terms. If you are not giving us a chance, we will not give it to you to. Everything would be fixed if you would just have a little patient, but we think your main intention is to harm our business and harm our website!
