The only closest example would be prepaid debit card with own account... almost for free but need some ID and some limitations in usage like buying stuff

Well on my country ask for ID as i know from someone, but you can make a virtual bank account if you want like i did, on Revolut and you get an EUR account if you are in Europe and also you get a UK bank account, but you should try to see if is enough for you. So you need to prevent from making the fines because you cannot pay the fines if you don't have an ID, but they could still give fines to you because you are citizens in your country.
It is okay if you don't want to have an ID, but you need to think that every citizen needs an ID for explaining that you lived in one country.
It doesn't matter if you don't want to go to another country, it doesn't matter if you are not driving.
But you lived in one country that every citizen must have an ID.
No one force you to have an ID, but it's related to the law in every country.

The only way which I can see for you is get payment with cryptocurrencies. Then you will face with bank account issue again. Or you can sell your cryptocurrencies without bank.

yes you are right selling without the bank is also possible in some exchanges so if a person want to do it without the help of banks then he will use this way and it is also helpful for him.

In addition if you want to bypass bank in terms of Cash conversion from Cryptocurrency, you can use remittances but they also needs the proper identification.  Though I believe the thread is all about an under the table negotiation to be able to open a bank account. Which I strongly do not agree since it will bring your friend to a not comfortable situation when found out.

The only reason I have a bank account now was because I knew a friend in the bank who vouched for me and technically I should not have my bank account today, They keep asking me for ID that I cannot afford.
